With 5 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, 1 sofa bed, and 1 full bed, there's plenty of space for you and your guests to relax, unwind and enjoy lake life at its finest!. You and your guests will be more than comfortable with the 4.5 spacious bathrooms and two living areas. The property is equipped with all the essentials you need, including towels, soaps and linins. You will also have access to the private beach, private pool, restaurant and tiki bars.
You are minutes away from fine dining, sports bars, various wineries, Lake Erie Island shuttles as well as Cedar Point. We had a wonderful long weekend at this Marblehead home. The description and photos were exactly as advertised, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal—within a gated community that offered so much to do, including a restaurant, Tiki bar, water taxi, and marina.The house itself was perfect for our family gathering. It was nicely appointed, very comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed to cook and entertain just as if we were at home. The added bonus of a golf cart made it easy to get around and explore.Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we’re truly appreciative to have found this home in BayPoint. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful and functional house for a perfect family vacation. The screened in porch was our favorite sitting spot. We loved the beach across the street. Everything was so easy and convenient in the resort. It exceeded my expectations with things like beach yoga and use of the golf cart. We would love to visit again.

His follow-up on every message was prompt and reassuring.The house itself was beautiful—spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully designed for family vacations. It was comfortable and welcoming, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Three generations of our family enjoyed the pool, the beach, and exploring the surrounding area.Thank you for facilitating such a memorable and enjoyable family vacation. Just returned from a great week at this house. It was perfect for my husband and I, my three adult children and their spouses, and five grandkids. Plenty of space, kitchen and bath supplies, towels etc. Very easy access to both the pool and the beach. We had the pool and beach to ourselves most days. The weather was perfect. The golf cart was nice to have as my husband has mobility issues. We had a nice family reunion at nearby Twin Oast Brewery with families from Ann Arbor (I know), Amherst, and Oberlin on our way back home. Hopefully we can return to this house for another week next year.

We've been coming to Bay Point annually since 2018 and have stayed in four different cottages over the years—this one is by far the best. It's the most well-equipped and most comfortable we've experienced. We typically have 10-12 people staying during the week and the upgraded floor plan and amenities—especially the extra upstairs bathroom—make a big difference in the overall quality and ease of our stay.We also loved sitting on the front porch with its peaceful bay view. The location is incredibly quiet and relaxing. The owner communicated clearly before our stay and is clearly committed to maintaining the property as some new appliances were delivered while we were there.The included golf cart was an unexpected bonus. We didn’t realize how much we’d appreciate having it until we had access to it. We look forward to staying again next year!

Great House !

We had 12 people stay at the house from 7- 69 yrs old. 5 Kids and 7 adults. The house was set up very nice for our situation. The beach and pool are a very short walk(less then 5 mins) from the house. The screened in porch was very nice in the morning and at sunset(it faces west). The golf cart is great to have available and makes getting to the other areas easy, sand volleyball court(we had some volleyball players), restaraunt, on premises and larger beach if you wanted to go there.(we did not , we liked the beach by the house, it was less crowded). Great neighborhood for biking and scooters(we brought them) The only downside was NOT the house but the resort property states there are pickle ball courts/tennis and there are NOT ! Also the front office folks definitely could be more friendly ! The folks in the small general store by the marina were friendlier! Also lots of great restaurants in the area! We did do a walleye fishing charter one morning w Captain Gary(whom Mike , the manager suggested) and we caught our limit in 2 hrs ! It was really great !

Family fun at Lake Erie

Great property. We really enjoyed it except for the hassle of operating the TVs and the lack of cable channels. Of course, we weren’t there to watch TV but, nevertheless, it would have been nice to have it. I don’t think it was something the owner could control.

Our family had a great visit to Marblehead. The property is beautiful and this house is well maintained and very tastefully decorated. The golf cart was a big hit with the grands. The host was very responsive. Check in was easy.

Great house for our Marblehead trip

The house was spotless and the perfect size for our long weekend trip to Marblehead with our three grown kids, their spouses and our two granddaughters (5 y.o and 11 months). The bedrooms were plenty spacious with comfortable beds. Having a full bathroom for each family was a definite plus. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The screened porch and golf cart were extra perks for sure! The house is really close to 1 of 2 swimming pools available and it was a short walk to the beach area. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Nothing short of AMAZING

We had an incredible stay at this amazing property in Marblehead, Ohio! The house was immaculate, spacious, and extremely comfortable, making it perfect for our family vacation. We were so excited to bring our 3 adult children, their significant other and a friend. There were 5 bedrooms, one more beautiful than the next. It was equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedding and ample space for everyone to relax. They had board games for use, tvs in every room and the golf cart was a HUGE hit! The location couldn't have been better. We were just a short walk from the beach and had access to a fantastic pools. We thoroughly enjoyed the serene environment and the beautiful surroundings. The BBQ grill was perfect for our outdoor meals, and we made great use of it during our stay. The house itself was completely re-done, beautifully decorated, with a large screened in front porch where we had our coffee, ate and played games at night. The resort has a market, 2 pools, beaches and a place to rent jet skis, the bands at the tiki bar added to the lively and fun atmosphere, making our evenings even more enjoyable. The owner Mike was great to work with—super easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions we had. This made the whole experience even better. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. We had so much fun and felt right at home. We will definitely rent again for our next family getaway!

We had a great time!

The home, the neighborhood and the Marina/Resort were more than we ever imagined. The home and amenities (screened in porch, golf cart, swimming pool, beaches and restaurant, great room, bedrooms and beds were top quality! The home sparkled when we arrived and the kitchen and eating space were very well equipped. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and providing specifics on the property.
