The apartment spans two floors: on the first floor, you will find a spacious double bedroom, ideal for your rest, with a private bathroom for your convenience. On the upper floor, a cozy living room with a double sofa bed, another perfect spot to relax, and a second bathroom. Equipped with a TV and washing machine.

The central location allows you to fully experience the authentic atmosphere of Marciana Alta, with its charming narrow streets, breathtaking views, and proximity to essential services. You can stroll through the village, discover local traditions, and enjoy the tranquility that only this corner of Elba can offer.

Important Notes:

Arrival: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with an additional fee of €40.00.

Departure: by 9:00 AM.

Linen: the apartments do not provide bed and bath linen. It is possible to rent it up to 7 days before arrival. The cost for the double bed is €40, while for the single bed, €20 is required. Linen can only be picked up at our office in Portoferraio.

Pets not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
