The villa consists of two identical flats, each boasting around 100 square metres of luxury living space. One is located on the ground floor, while the other is on the first floor, with independent access for maximum privacy. Recently equipped with state-of-the-art air conditioning, these flats guarantee a comfortable stay in any season. In addition, the villa has a private car park that can accommodate up to three cars, ensuring hassle-free arrivals and departures.

The enchantment of the villa extends beyond its walls and invites you to explore the meticulously manicured garden, an oasis of serenity and natural beauty. The location
The villa consists of two twin flats of approximately 100 square metres, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, each with independent access and newly installed air conditioning, as well as private parking for up to three cars. The garden, swimming pool and furnished terraces all around are shared by the two dwellings.

The beach of Bagno
Just below the villa, on the other side of the road, a short 100-metre path leads to the quiet and secluded Bagno beach, which is never crowded due to limited parking and is therefore a favourite with locals. Its clear, calm morning waters are the best way to start the day!
The exterior and the pool
The villa is surrounded by an English-style garden and typical Mediterranean plants with unmistakable scents. The swimming pool, measuring 8 m x 3 m, has just been completed and is a real gem. All around, furnished terraces and a barbecue area make this residence even more complete.


Overview of the villa
Located in 'il Bagno', about 3 km from the picturesque centre of Marciana Marina on the northern coast of the Island of Elba, this beautiful semi-detached villa with sea view was renovated in 2022, when the garden, terraces and the charming swimming pool surrounded by greenery were completely redesigned. Across the road, however, is the quiet Bagno beach, which is not very busy even in the height of summer.

The spacious living room is divided into two different areas, one with cosy sofas for relaxing in front of the fireplace and one for enjoying a movie on the big screen at the end of a day at the beach. The kitchen is perfect for preparing a full Tuscan banquet or for taking part in a cooking class and learning how to prepare local delicacies. The villa also offers a spacious lounge and reading room. Outside, the infinity pool reflects the villa's façade and is the ideal place to enjoy the magnificent view of the Elbe sea.
