******4/18/2025 - The building association has notified us of new asphalt for the parking lot. This work is scheduled to start on Tuesday June 3rd at 9:00am. The parking lot will not be accessible for approximately one week, weather permitting. We have made arrangements with the Marisol condominium next door to allow renters or guests to park there. As we get closer to the start date more information regarding what you need to do to use their parking lot.

Love the proximity to the beach! Wish poolWas a little more kid friendly for a pool day.. the sound restrictions and limiting usage of balls was a bummer. Carpet coils for sure be updated and bathrooms but otherwise perfect for our family .
Had a great week at this Seaview 2 bedroom condo. The location is ideal - an easy walk across the street to the South Beach public entrance. The complex pool was also a nice place to get some sun, right next to pickleball/tennis court. While the condo is a bit tired, and could use some updating (especially the carpet, and bifold closet/laundry doors), it is very clean and has everything needed. It's fully equipped with beach chairs, wagon, floats, toys, etc. Lots of towels and blankets, fully stocked kitchen and in-unit laundry. Communication from Harborview Rental was fantastic. We rented bikes for the week, and rode everywhere on the island, loving dinner at Dolphin Tiki, CJ's on the Bay, and DiVinci's. Headed over to the Isle of Capri for dinner at the quaint, waterside Capri Fish House. We would definitely stay in the condo on a future trip.

Wish the carpets were replaced to tile and bedding was updated. Would have been nice to have laundry detergent left in unit as well. All in all, a great little unit.
The unit is a great location to the public beach. Plenty of chairs and coolers and beach/toys in the outdoor closet. The floors were not cleaned well. When we arrived there was still sand and Christmas tree fragments in the living room sea grass rug, and there were crumbs under the kitchen cabinets on the floor. The bedroom carpets need shampooing very badly. We cooked all of our meals in for the week except for 2. There are plenty of dishes to cook/serve with but not much storage containers for food with lids. There are probably 30 towels in the unit, not really âbeach towelâ size, but plenty of towels! We enjoyed shelling, even took a shelling tour. The kids loved the pool, which you can see from the kitchen window. We used the gas grill about 3 times too and everything turned out great. We would probably stay here again for the location, but the cleaning needs improved.
We arrived around 5pm as scheduled only to find there is no on site management. We had no key to get in. The next few hours was hectic and we ended up staying in a motel for the night to the tune of $165 plus. Spinacker cay Mgmt had a phone number in the elevator. Called them and they said for 75 cash they could open the door. I said fine! 10 minutes later the boss called from spinacker (he had a protected number, so I could not call him back) and left word that they could not let me in as I had no proff of payment. I called the asst back and said I had the email from Vrbo. That did not sway him so we went to the hotel. In the morning we found out that harbor realty had sent me instructions 3 times with no responce from me! I get 200 emails a day and deleted them without reading them thinking they wanted to sell me a marco house. SUGGESTION. VRBO AND OWER... make sure the person coming is aware of where his instructions will come from. After that everything was as advertised and enjoyed it.
