Welcome to Paradise on Marco Island, FL. Marco Island offers a year-round relaxing vacation on the Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida. It boasts the best weather in Florida, with an average high of 84 degrees and warm Gulf waters. Our beautiful waterfront home is just steps (approximately 300 paces or 0.1 miles) from Tigertail Beach and features a large pool, spacious lanai with a stunning water view, and a private dock. The home is air-conditioned, and its western exposure is perfect for sunny afternoons by the pool and enjoying sunsets over Marco. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an updated private bathroom with a large rain shower. The second bedroom has 1 full bed w/ trundle and 1 twin bed.

Every room offers magnificent views of the water and pool area, and you can even fish in the canal! The house comes fully furnished with linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer & dryer.

For the cost of a hotel room, you can enjoy the luxury of a house with your own private kitchen and swimming pool. Once you've rented our house for a family vacation or a relaxing getaway for two, you'll never want to return to a hotel!

EXIT CLEAN MAY INCREASE BASED ON LENTH OF STAY

Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.

This house is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
