This rental is in one of the best locations around! It is only a .6 mile walking distance from public beach access, Gelato shop, Ice Cream stand, Mini Golf, Movie Theatre, over at least 8 plus restaurants and much more. Your paradise awaits you!!

This house has a very spacious open, split concept and comfortably sleeps 8 within this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home.
Enjoy dining at your island in the kitchen overlooking the water. A 20ft sliding glass door allows intermingling inside to outside from the family room to the Lani/pool area.

Master Bedroom is located to the left side of the house offering a King size bed, walk out access to the Lani, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, water view, and a flat screen TV.
Three guest bedrooms are located on the right side of the house. One guest bedroom features a King bed and a flat screen TV. Another guest bedroom provides a queen bed with a flat screen TV, while a fourth bedroom has two twin xl beds.

Mix your favorite drinks with the new Margaritaville 3 compartment blender, poolside in your screened Lani/pool area, while at the outdoor bar, watching the flat screen TV or simply enjoy poolside grilling and outdoor dining. The Lani/pool area also features a full bathroom with a steam shower for your relaxation.

Relax waterside on the L-shaped patio furniture, listening to the fire crackle at one or all three fire pits.
Bring or rent your own Boat and dock it at this location, (a boat lift is accessible).

Everything was fantastic and you can tell a lot of thought was put into this rental to make it a home away from home. Daniel was exceptional with communication and makes sure the house is filled with all the necessary items and more. The close proximity to the beach and local restaurants we loved and was easy for the kids to get around on their bikes. Don’t miss a chance to have a morning coffee on the dock or pass up a chance to make this your vacation rental! We’ll definitely be back, thank you Daniel!

Wonderful House / Great Host

The stay at the house was awesome. The location was great for access to lots of nearby restaurants, beaches and shops. The Area was quiet and relaxing. The house provided all we could want with a great outdoor living space, canal, pool, hot tub etc. The easiest 5 STAR review I can give. Bedrooms worked out brilliantly. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Misrepresented property

House said to have 3beds/3baths. One bathroom was outside at the pool and not connected with any bedroom. Bedrooms had no dresser drawers, no mirror, hardly room to move. One bedroom had attached bath but mattress was so sagging you had to sleep at the foot of the bed. Outdoor space was fine.

Incredible outdoor space

We were within walking distance of so many fabulous places, but had a hard time leaving the house. We spent hours in the lania space--pool was bigger than we anticipated and the hot tub was a bonus, along with the great outdoor bar with the margarita blender. There was plenty of room for a group of us to be in the same space and enjoy each others company, without being on top of each other.

Excellent stay!

Enjoyed our week here very much. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Slight issue with a bad power strip outside when we got there, but addressed quicker than expected. The outside area is amazing. Enjoyed the spa, pool, grill and bar, plus the huge ice maker was an unexpected treat. Highly recommend for couples traveling together, like we were.

The perfect Marco stay!

We loved this house and how accommodating the hosts were. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Lots of extra pillows and blankets available. Plenty of towels too (beach and bath!) Great pool area- and lovely neighborhood. Walkable to beach (10-15 mins) as well as a community park (10-15 mins) less than a mile away for both. Lots of sidewalks. We loved our stay!! Would definitely recommend.

The property was beautiful. The pool/hot tube is amazing. This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook for the family. Bedrooms were nicely decorated. Super close to the store, beach, and out to eat. I may have read the description wrong when I booked, but it stated 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The large bedroom has its own bathroom and the other 3 bedrooms shared a bathroom, because the 3 bathroom was actually outside by the pool. Was not a big deal, we made it work. But for someone else this may not have worked well.

Great location, Beautiful Pool, Responsive Host

Traveled with 4 college friends for our annual week on Marco Island. Great place for relaxing by the pool, hanging out at the beach, and dining at the great restaurants. Easy walk to the beach and many restaurants and bars. Host Daniel was very responsive to our inquiries and addressed any issues we had within hours. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This property was a perfect location. The house was supplied with lots of kitchen items. The pool area and bar had a larger ice maker which was so nice to have. Owner was very accommodating and responded to call/questions immediately. Great place to stay! Would definitely go back.

Perfect Home for Family Vacation

Great property for the entire family. Convenient location to everything you would want to do, or simply relax in the home, by pool, or out by the canal. We rented a boat for our stay and the dock / hoist made everything a breeze. Great communication with Dan before, during and after our stay. Would definitely return!
