Pool was under construction, and the root was being repaired, so heavy smell of tar. Difficulties with standing in the balcony with the smell. We had ocean views, which was a shame

Staff no call back and no pool had to bring chairs downstairs myself we up umbrella - team member on the beach said they were sued lost privileges to use beach chairs and umbrella so I had to rent the chairs 50.00 dollars a day. They fail to call me back after me leaving 2 message's very disheartening to be treated in this manner

First thing, the messages were not responded. Calls were not taken. Early check in request was not honored. Front staff are not responsive. Room cleaners and valet staff are really good.

Beautiful room, staff and valet attendants were very nice. The downfall was the pool construction, loud and awful tar smell so the balcony wasn’t very pleasant to be on. But the price was a reflection of that so for the location it was worth it for us. Having the kitchen area was a huge plus! Once the pool is done this resort will be amazing. We had no issues with the a/c or cleanliness of the room. Housekeeping was great.
