A confortable 2 bedroom , 1 bath fully updated apartment. Can accommodate up to 6 people using king side sofa bed. Ideal for 4 and fantastic for 2 people. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Within a mile of the Esplanade mall and supermarkets.
Fully furnished with all amenities. Private community pool. Condo shared Laundry room. Air Condition in every room and ceiling fans available. High Speed internet and HD LCD TV in every room. Cable included.
One private parking and many guests parking available. A truly home away from home.

Great location

Bedrooms were nice. Grounds and pool were very nice. Very friendly community. Location is great, the restaurant directly across has live music nightly. We enjoyed hearing it with windows open. A/C in living room is so loud we never used it, but didn’t miss it. LR furniture needs to be replaced. Had problem with freezer, but owner got a technician on it and was fixed. Had tiny ants. Owner arranged for service on this, but service never came, was a minor inconvenience.

Disappointing Marco Condo

Condo was clean but smelled musty on our arrival. Living room furniture worn out and uncomfortable. Nice TV. Noisy room air conditioner. Well-stocked kitchen. Bedroom furniture ok. Bathroom updated. Not even close to being worth the price and the owner ghosted me when I had a family member ill and had to leave early. Very disappointing, feel taken advantage of. Not right!!

Beautiful area. Very clean place. Need to add privacy drapes on front window and replace very dated couches. Otherwise very nice.

VERY POORLY MAINTAINED

These were the issues: bathroom faucet needed replacement (3 weeks) micro-wave oven broken after 2 days ( 6 weeks) living room TV needed replacement (4 weeks) living room AC unit did not cool 2 units where installed still did not cool the room (7 weeks) handle for oven door broken on one side to fix (4 weeks) MB room AC unit makes a loud screeching noise when first turned on, but would stop after about 30 seconds (never fixed) The owner told me that they have a hard time getting people for repairs on Marco, sorry these issues should have been taken care of before I got there. I resented having to deal with the issues and was told that I would not get some compensation. Has left a bad taste for me .

Cute little spot, perfect for 2-3 people!

The owner was very accommodating, she left a binder with tons of information about the property and island. The house was full of all the essentials; towels, cleaning supplies, pots, pans, plates, coffee, etc. It was also super clean and looked to be recently remodeled. The bed was also super comfy! Thank you Marie for making our stay in Marco Island even better!

Easy access to beaches and restaurants.

The apartment has a very nice updated walk in shower, other than that, it is barely basic in terms of comfort. It is well stocked with chairs and items for the beach, and has a wonderful pool and club house just a few steps away. The apartment is a second floor walk-up, because it is located very close to the main road there is no relief from the constant sound of traffic. Conveniently located directly across the street is a great selection of some very good restaurants. Marco Island is a gem for those who love beaches and delightful weather. It's a walking and biking paradise. Public access (walk-in only, no parking) to the beach is about one mile from the apartment. This year 2018, long term renters of 6 weeks or more, could purchase a pass (from Marco Island Civic Assn.) to the Residents Beach which is closer and has parking and rest rooms. (It might be a good idea to call MICA to reaffirm the policy.) The owners are delightful and very responsive, no matter the day or time. We enjoyed our stay and love Marco Island.
