On-site amenities include two pools, two hot tubs, tennis courts, and a waterfront bar/grill. Many more shops and restaurants can be found just a short walk from the property. Bike rentals are also available nearby for easy island cruising. Tigertail Beach is only two miles from the condo.

The condo has been fully remodeled and furnished for modern living. Enjoy cool coastal breezes out on the screened patio or relax inside while streaming all your favorite shows and movies on the living room smart TV. Central air-conditioning is equipped for round-the-clock comfort and free WiFi is provided for web browsing or remote working. A suite of all-new stainless steel kitchen appliances makes at-home meal prep a breeze. There's also a smart TV in the bedroom so you can kick back under the covers for lazy mornings or a quiet night in. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This unit requires an HOA registration to be completed and submitted back to the HOA prior to arrival in order to have access to the amenities. Failure to register will result in no access to the amenities.
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
