South Seas Club of Marco Island is a beautiful beachfront condo. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, shelling, swimming, and fishing on three and one half mile of exquisite white sandy beach. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. Here one can ride a swamp buggy, airboat, or explore other excursions. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts.

Common laundry located on each and every floor for guests to use while here at a minimal fee.

We have rented at South Sea Towers for six years and This was our second time staying in this unit. It’s truly one of our favorite units. The view is great and the condo is very well appointed. The furniture is extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We hope to rent the same unit when we return in 2026 for our seventh stay. Also, Harborview Rentals were great to work with.

Like a Five Star Hotel

The condo is very well equipped with all the things you need to have a comfortable enjoyable stay. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare most every dish you want to prepare. The appliances are top of the line and the refrigerator has a very reliable ice maker. The condo offers 2 types of coffee makers. As with all condo rentals there’s a toaster but, no toaster oven. I’m not certain why that is the practice. The condo has beautiful views of the Gulf with gorgeous sunsets. From the entry way you can view the sunrise. It is very conveniently located to lots of restaurants and food stores. I was very impressed with how quickly the host addressed an issue we had with the king sized bed. After a few nights of sleeping on a very firm mattress the host supplied a soft mattress pillow top at our request to make the bed more comfortable. Our 2 weeks at the condo were extremely enjoyable and we hope to return in 2025. I highly recommend this unit as it has everything you need to make your visit an extremely enjoyable experience.

Newly Renovated With a Gorgeous View

The condo was all new. Did a great job with furnishings and decor. TVs are all great. Kitchen well stocked. The complex is in a great location and the amenities are endless! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Disappointing

The grounds of the property are well maintained and centrally located to great restaurants and shopping. Condo itself is in need of a deep clean (baseboards, shower tile, shower heads, light switches, were all quite dirty) and bed linens could use an upgrade. Biggest takeaway are the excessive and brutally enforced pool rules. This property's ameneties are far from family friendly. Pool rules state no balls, no jumping, no food. The "security guard" at the pool during the day was ruthless in her enforcement of said rules, but it seems that she liked to pick and choose who to enforce them with. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is the property is NOT family friendly. There are plenty of condos to stay at on Marco Island. I would highly consider researching others befoew booking at South Seas if you want a family friendly atmosphere.

Great room, great views, and great property. The only issue was the cost of parking.

Great room with great views. The room has everything needed for the beach and more. Highly recommend this unit. Only issue with the room was low water pressure in the master bedroom. Issue with the resort is the cost of parking for the week is $100 (which we knew as we stayed here last year). However, we had a visitor drive down and visited for two days. The resort required $100 for our visitor to stay for two days. It was not prorated.

I never stayed in an such beautiful , well stocked condo ! It was amazing ! The only bad thing was the long walk in the heat to the beach ! But we sucked it up 😍we are not pool people when we go on vacation ! We recon and this condo and we hope we will be back soon 👍

Amazing experience

January Review

My family and I have stayed at Marco Island many times and enjoy returning. Overall we enjoyed this condo and it’s location. Everything is within 10 minutes. It would’ve been nice to have some basic items like soap furnished in the condo, especially in light of COVID. There was some remodeling going on during our stay and two men knocked on our door and entered without notice to replace bottom door strip. We were trying to leave to go somewhere but had to wait around until work was completed. We later found out that this should not have happened without prior notice. Lately, the AC was not able to reach desired setting and should be inspected. Otherwise access to pool, beach and restaurants was good. A few adjustments could have changed our stay experience from okay to very good.

Gorgeous property

This was our first time ever renting property instead of hotel. And we just got so lucky with getting such stunning place, it’s so modern and updated, bathrooms are beautiful, kitchen awesome and the sunset is just breathtaking. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on a balcony, and of course my husband and a son took advantage of tennis courts across the street. I definitely recommend this property because we had nothing but great experience. And whoever complained about the workers and loud noice is just selfish, give them a break they work hard and what other way you’ll get a beautiful updated property to enjoy your stay. We already talking about going back next year and renting same condo :-)

The perfect stay

We can’t say enough about our trip. The condo was absolutely perfect. It was so nice staying in a place that had anything we could’ve needed from cooking supplies to beach chairs and toys. We will def be repeat renters of this unit.

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY

We suffered for two weeks under the constant DEAFENING sound of construction. Not just some banging, but jackhammering, grinding, sanding, ripping out window frames, etc. It was AWFUL. We were NEVER informed by the owner or the rental agency that there would even be possible construction. In fact, when we meet some owners at the pool, they told us the construction has been going on for several years as they replace EVERY window, and sliding glass doors on all the units of the 16 floors. It is hundreds of units. There was no rest at the pool. You could not have a conversation with the person next to you unless you were screaming at each other. Everyone talked at the top volume to be heard. One time the workers were playing their salsa music so loud, the pool attendant started screaming at them. It was unbelievable. They also charge you $50 for a piece of paper so you can drive through the gate and park on the premises. Parking is NOT included in the rental fee. In addition, you are charged to use the communal laundry machines at a minimum rate of $5.00. There is no refund if you do not use the full amount. There are locks everywhere, even to get out of the facility for a morning walk. We were constantly struggling to get on elevators as workers brought up equipment, bags of cement, large windows and doors. Large areas were completely blocked off for access. There are also lots of rules about doing all the maid work before leaving so they do not charge you an ADDITIONAL cleaning fee. You have to strip the beds,,launder all towels, clean and empty dishwasher and all trash. I don’t know why they charge you an additional cleaning fee. We complained to the management at Harborview Rentals. They could have cared less. She made a comment that sometimes they don’t know about construction. This has been going on at this property for months. Either they don’t know what they are doing in the rental business, or they are misleading the renters. I would NEVER rent at this property or from this owner. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY FOR AT LEAST THREE YEARS UNTIL THE CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETED! We were so disappointed after saving for what we hoped would be a wonderful vacation with our neighbors. The four of us will never stay here or recommend this property to anyone. We deserve nothing short of a refund!

Nice condo in convenient location

The apartment was clean, reasonably well equipped, with comfortable beds. It overlooks a nature area at the end of the beach, so has good views and limited noise from pools or tennis courts. The beach and pool were very close.There was construction going on in the building but we received an unrequested reduction in rent to compensate for the noise.There are a number of restaurants within a half mile and many more within a mile or two.We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable here.

Perfect vacation

This was our second time to Marco Island. The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable. Pocket doors actually made two master suites. There were beach towels and chairs. The balcony was perfect for sunsets. It was a distance to the beach but it did not deter us. The updated laundry room next door was a plus. There was updating construction going on but again it did not deter us. The condo and grounds are beautiful. We had a wonderful time and would rent here again.
