This house is not only a short walk from one of Marco Island’s favorite family parks, but the lanai is so spacious it’s like having your own private oasis. The house is 2,200 square feet and it sleeps eight, with one king bed, two double beds, two twin beds, and two-and-a-half bathrooms. It even comes with a two-car garage.
This unique getaway is tucked away in the midst of lush tropical greenery where your closest neighbors are the palm trees. The yard is enclosed by thick clusters of trees on its side, giving your family total privacy, but it also features a stunning view of the ocean blue canal. Since you’re facing southwest, you’ve got a full day of tropical sun shining down on the yard.
The shaded lanai table is the ideal setting for a lunchtime barbecue you cook up on the gas grill and to enjoy your favorite shows on the outdoor television. And when the sun starts to set, it’s time to blend some tropical beverages and savor the brilliant orange sky as you luxuriate in the hot tub and resort-style pool.
The tiled interior is bright, colorful, and filled with furniture as comfortable as it is stylish. Decorative touches like coral sculptures and seascapes enhance the feeling of island-style tranquility. After your day in the sun, relax on the sectional couch and enjoy a movie on the television in the living room. To top it off, this room opens up to the lanai, so you’ll be able to enjoy the comforts of both at the same time. As this is a family-friendly house, it comes with a pool table, so feel free to have a friendly competition. But, don’t worry, everyone’s a winner when you’re living in paradise.
The spacious summer kitchen features an island with granite countertops lined with barstools. You’ve got all the modern appliances and cookware you need to cook up a special family dinner or entertain guests on the lanai.
In the ornate master suite, besides featuring all of the colors and comforts of the tropics, there’s an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, luxuriating bathtub, and glass-enclosed shower. Sliding glass doors open up to the lanai, so you can fall asleep to fragrant garden breezes. The other bedrooms are equally cozy, and they come with ample closet and drawer space.
The house is filled with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella an umbrella, which will come in handy because the majestic beaches of the Paradise Coast are just a short drive away.

Lovely House - lots of traffic noise day and night
House on main street with lots of traffic. Pool needs work and was not heated as promised; they did come to turn up heat in pool on 2nd day. Quiet time is pretty much all day and no noise after 9. If you have younger children that like to play, this is not the house! We would not stay again!

We had a great week in Marco! The management company was great, super responsive and helpful always. The house is lovely and we enjoyed every day using the pool and sitting outback. This home is nicely decorated and offered some beach supplies we used, a cooler, volleyballs, pool noodles, a grill, and lots of towels! It is a main and busy road so if you are a light sleeper the master bedroom can get a bit of road noise and lights. The master bath doesn’t have a door which could help with both street noise and light at bedtime but also with no door at all there is no privacy for toilet or shower. We also would have loved to have a few things on hand with the rental like hand soap, shampoo, coffee filters, cooking spray, foil etc. There was salt/pepper but there was nothing else for extras so plan to bring with you or go straight to the store to purchase all essentials. Overall our family of 5 had a great stay and appreciated the beach items and pool as well as the great management company!
