Walk Across to the Beach from the Grandview Unit 312!

Grandview Unit 312 is located in the desirable south Marco Island location. Grandview condominium is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and attractions, this third floor two-bedroom, two bath condominium sleeps four with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and twins in the guest bedroom. The airy, summer kitchen is fully stocked, and the living room offers comfortable furnishings in tropical style. Washer and dryer in the condo.

Cross the street to the beach with the beach chairs, beach towels and toys for the day. Return and relax on the spacious balcony overlooking the South Beach Skyline and enjoy a beverage while watching the stunning sunset. Only a few blocks north from the condo is the unique shopping and restaurants at Marco Walk Plaza. After dinner, play miniature golf at the Marco Golf and Garden, take in a movie at the Marco Movies or visit Beebe's Ice Cream for something delicious.

Grandview boosts of a heated pool and patio with loungers, a tennis court, a pickle ball court, a shuffleboard, gas grills and picnic tables where you can enjoy a poolside barbeque.

Marco Island is the perfect destination for a family vacation or romantic retreat. Rent a boat, wave runner, paddle board or kayak or take a sunset cruise and watch the dolphins and manatees play. The Grandview is a great place and location on Marco Island. The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Really liked being on the end near pool!

This rental was fantastic. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, furniture modern, there were plenty of pillows, towels, beach supplies, umbrella, and even a cart to haul everything the 1/3 mile to the beach. A wonderful stay!

Excellent place to rent

Great place and location on the south side of the island. Very close to two beach access points. Great break from restaurants with a grill and patio area on property to host some friends staying at other properties. Property management group very friendly, responsive and able to take care of anything that came up.
