We just got back from a week long stay at this home. It is a beautiful, spacious and the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. The pool area is great and is comfortably heated. The house is in a quiet neighborhood near Mackle Park, we enjoyed daily walks to the park and around the neighborhood. The host, Jeff is very responsive.

Great Home for Family!

This home was perfect for my family (husband, three boys), my parents, and my sister with her baby. Everyone fit in the house with plenty of room. Our boys loved the bunk room with the huge TV and having an outdoor area with the pool was perfect for our group. We all commented that we hope to rent again at this same home when we're visiting Marco Island again!

Excellent family friendly location

Clean and true to description. Host was quick to respond and easy to work with. We had 3 families stay here with several children ages 7 and under. All doors to the pool have locks that require coordination to open so we were not worried about kiddos having unrestricted water access. You cannot beat the large kids room with bunk beds! Other bedrooms are large enough for pack n plays, and the master bedroom is quite spacious. The pool was a great temperature (warm but not hot). Good storage room for food, lots of towels, beach towels, and extra bedding/blankets available. Having a washer and dryer onsite was a plus. Off street parking for 4 vehicles plus garage. We had other family staying in Marco so this location was perfect. Less than 5 minute drive to the beach and other beach hotels. Stores and shopping nearby. We would easily stay here again!young childre

Perfect Marco Island rental

I cannot say enough good things about our stay in Marco Island at this rental home. Everything was spotless and clean top to bottom. There was quick responses from the homeowner whenever we had a question, of course there were not many questions to ask considering this home is set up perfectly. There were more than enough beach chairs hanging in the garage to use as well as a durable wagon to pull all your belongings to the beach. The house is so spacious and decorated beautifully. Walking through the front door was a breath of fresh air! We will definitely be coming back to stay in Marco Island at this beautiful home.

Beautiful, Newly Remodeled Property!

What a perfect property on Marco Island! Everything was brand new, clean, and excellent for our family gathering. The heated pool and deck area is fantastic and was a great place to hang out. The house is very spacious, a huge kid's room with a 70 inch TV, and plenty of room for a large group. The neighborhood is very quiet and convenient to everything you need for your stay. A great bonus was the beach wagon, cooler, and the backpack beach chairs which we used several times throughout our stay. The owners were very communicative and made sure that we were completely satisfied with our stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Marco Island!
