Luxurious brand new 1 bedroom studio accommodation offering the perfect blend of privacy & comfort. Located in a quiet area only a 2 minute drive to Margaret River town. Come unwind, relax and take a walk to the river, visit the local cafe's, restaurants & wineries or explore the beautiful beaches and forests of Australia's South West.

The space:
A beautiful, light filled, modern and thoughtfully designed cottage. The open plan layout has the kitchenette, dining and living in one with a separate bedroom which leads to the private bathroom.

The living space contains a quality leather lounge (2.5 seater + single), smart TV, solid Marri dining table and kitchenette.

The bedroom has a comfy king size bed, bedside tables with drawer, quality linens and full length mirror. There is built in storage including dresser, drawers and full hanging.

Enjoy the huge and luxurious bathroom with a large shower and mirrored vanity with lighting and plenty of storage. At the opposite end of the bathroom is the laundry with front loader washing machine and another sink. Here you will find the iron, ironing board & washing powder.

* Cooking *
Due to our local shire regulations, we are not able to supply full cooking facilities and cooking is limited. You will have use of a microwave, Smeg toaster, toasted sandwich press and electric frypan. The kitchenette also includes quality appliances including a full sized fridge/freezer, Nespresso pod coffee machine, Smeg kettle and dishwasher.

Sit and enjoy local wine at sunset on your own deck and enjoy the serenity of this quiet neighbourhood while still being close to the cafe's and restaurants that Margaret River has to offer.

Guest access:
Guests of the cottage have separate, off street parking and their own private entrance.

The cottage is attached to the main residence of our property but has no shared spaces or shared internal doors.

There is a key safe at the front door for convenient 24 hour self check in.

We live on the property and will be available to help with anything you need.

Other things to note:
Due to the nature of where we live, our waste water is dealt with on the property so wipes and sanitary products are not able to be flushed down the toilet. Please use the hygienic bags supplied & dispose of them in the rubbish bins provided.

The cottage facilities were excellent. Small touches like washing powder, kitchen towel, condiments and chocolates meant the owner had gone that extra mile to provide everything we needed for a lovely stay. A great location for easy access to the town centre. Would highly recommend and visit again.

This was a delightful modern stay in a beautifully appointed cottage in a nice quiet location. Kristy was a very responsive host. Super comfortable bed. Easy half hour walk to main street of Margaret River. Really liked the thoughtful personal touches - quality shampoo and conditioner, and chocolates and bottles of water in fridge on arrival. Left the light on when we advised we would arrive after dark. Would definitely stay here again.

What a treasure! Lilly Pilly Cottage was beautiful. Such a well appointed unit, so clean, modern, warm and comfortable, with a fabulous shower! Lovely hosts and so thoughtful, even with bottled water and chocolates in the fridge!We enjoyed walking beside the river, through the bush just down the street from the property. Saw kangaroos early morning!Visited Hamelon Bay, stunning! Saw stingrays there, and Augusta was well worth a visit, right to the Cape Leeuwin lighthouse. Jewel cave, a massive natural " crystal" cave of stalagmites and stalectites was great, lots of steps to the different chambers, but not difficult. Very informative tour.Dining at The Brewhouse was good, but very busy! A lovely lunch at The River hotel.Loved our stay, thanks Kristy and Kris. We would love to return.

Everything was perfect except the size of the kitchen which was a little small with no hot plate to cook on. The bathroom and bedroom were brilliant and the access to washing machine great. Helpfulness by the owners was brilliant as well.

Close but not in the hustle and bustle

The Lilly Pilly cottage is new, well appointed, quiet but also close to the MR townsite. We walked each day into town for breakfast (although full kitchen was available) as a great start to the day. The host are friendly without be intrusive. Highly recommended.

Modern peaceful cottage.

Brilliant, new, comfortable and functional cottage. Located in a quiet neighborhood with parking and a nice porch. Loved the walk in shower and comfortable bed. Close enough to be able to walk into town which I chose to do. About 20 minutes. Or a very quick drive. Lovely town. Short drive to wineries and beaches. Host was available and easy to communicate with.
