This friendly town has a relaxed holiday atmosphere with unspoilt beaches and lush subtropical vegetation adding to the immense natural beauty. Spend lazy days on the beach or set out to explore the animal sanctuaries, restaurants, shops, nature reserves, and golf courses. The Complex has gate access to the beach and a short stroll which is wheelchair friendly.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The air-conditioned main bedroom contains a king-size bed with a flat-screen smart TV with premium DStv channels, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and twin washbasins. The second bedroom contains a king-size bed, while the third bedroom contains a double bed. These 2 rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a wash basin. Bath towels are provided for 6 guests.

An ultra-modern Chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer combo, a Defy oven, 4 plate glass stove, double-door fridge-freezer with Ice maker, microwave with grill function, and ample cutlery and crockery. The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted 75-inch flat-screen TV with premium DStv channels. Ceiling fans are available in the lounge and all the bedrooms.

The living area opens up onto a lovely patio area ideal for relaxing and entertaining. There is outdoor patio furniture and dining furniture with braai facilities. The patio overlooks a grassed area and offers sea views.

Borehole water is available. Gas is supplied for the braai area and there is gas bottles with top available for general cooking. Lights in bedrooms are rechargeable globes. There is also an inverter that keeps the TV and DStv on during load shedding.

The complex is secure and features a communal braai area and swimming pools, one of which is solar heated. Undercover parking is available for your car. Guest parking is available for 1 additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis.
