Another benefit is a large kitchen, should the cooks of the group decide to cook up a feast for you all, or a chef booked for complete hassle free dining, which can be arranged directly with the owners.

But let’s talk interiors, bold patterned wallpapers, contemporary kitchens, modern bathrooms with chic glazed tiles, and a mix of deep colours and calming neutrals blend together to create this beautifully finished home. Recently renovated (2022), the main house has been transformed with the ground floor ideally laid out with socialising in mind, the sitting room with its beautifully high ceilings offers ample seating space for relaxing evenings in with a large walkway semi-open plan to the dining room seating up to eighteen, flowing through to the main kitchen which has been fully equipped with everything you could need.


Spilt over the first and second floors, five bedrooms await you to fall into a deep slumber after a fun-filled day together, with two of the bedrooms commanding views over the rooftops to the sea.

The main garden is ideal for you all to come together, with a dining patio and barbecue and a spacious lawn.

Situated in the Cliffonville area of Margate, Walpole House grandly sits just minutes from the sea, with 300 yards step-free access to the beach and the tidal pool at Walpole Bay. A few minutes’ drive or a 15-minute walk will take you into the heart of the buzzing and creative coastal hub of Margate, with independent shops, cafés and restaurants to be explored and sampled, as well as art galleries and music venues. For those arriving by car, on street parking is free of charge outside of the house, whilst if you are jumping on the train, Margate station lies just a 5-minute taxi ride away with high-speed trains taking you into London in less than an hour and a half.
