Enjoy your desert getaway in Sunny Maricopa AZ. in this gorgeous 3 Bdrm, 2 bath + office single story home. Located in the Rancho El Dorado community on a corner lot near the Duke golf course.

Every room is redecorated with all new carpet, paint, and brand new furniture in each room. The large open floor plan includes an inviting kitchen, seating up to 10 people. Perfect for spending time with family and friends. The connecting family room includes a comfortable and cozy sectional and 58" TV with Roku and plenty of other streaming apps.

There is a formal living room with two cozy chairs perfect for reading or just relaxing. This room is open to a dining room with a large round table for extra seating, cards or games with your family.

The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, walk in closet and 43" TV also with roku. The master bathroom includes a large vanity with two sinks, soaking tub and large separate shower. Also included a separate door to the back patio and pool.

The Second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has two beds. Each room has bedside table and overhead fans. The main bath has sink, toilet and tub/shower combination.

A private office/ 4th bedroom is right off of the living room and the house is equipped with WiFI. The cozy couch pulls out into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. The doors close off this room for privacy as well.


The backyard patio has table and chairs that provide the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon happy hour, with a new propane grill for backyard dinners.

The smaller town of Maricopa is located away from the big city but includes several golf courses. Southern Dunes and the Duke golf course are just a quick ride away. The Harrahs Casino, UltraStar Multi Entertainment Center at AK-Chin includes bowling alley, movie theatre and steak house as well as the casino. Nearby Chandler is only 16 miles away offering a variety of shopping and restaurants.

2nd Visit Even Better Than the First!

Very nice introduction to Maricopa

Our home in Oregon sold before our house in Maricopa was completed. We were on the fence about putting a pool in our new home so we decided to rent a house with a pool to see if we liked it. Love it! The house was just what we needed. Very close to everything to get us adjusted to the desert lifestyle. Plus the home was per friend for our 2 little pups. They sure enjoyed the back yard and a cooling dip on the pool. We will recommend this to any of our friends that want to come here.

Maricopa Getaway

This was our second stay in this house. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. The hosts are fantastic and reply quickly to questions. We love the pool and the neighborhood is quiet and well kept. It is home away from home for us as we visit family yearly. We will definitely use this property again.
