Luxurious 3000sq Ft 4 Bdr House with Private Salt Pool and Hot Tub

This Luxurious 3000 sq foot 4 bedroom (1 King beds, 3 Queen beds), 2 1/2 baths, fully equipped office, theater room, pool and spa and much more, offers you the most relaxing vacation away from home. Rather than staying in a hotel with limited space, this home located in in Maricopa, Arizona, guarantees you all the room you will need.

This newly furnished home has everything for a most relaxing getaway. South facing back yard over looking a Golf Course provides privacy and a wonderful view while you are lounging around the pool or enjoying a steamy hot spa. Just a short 2 minute drive will take you to "The Duke's" golf club for the golfer's who love to take in a round, or a 5 minute drive to the "Troons Southern Dune's Golf" club for the golf addicts looking for a challenge.

If you prefer to be indoors, there are two large wifi LCD flat screen TV's with a video library to keep you entertained. All bedrooms are equip with their own smart TV's as well. You can sink back into the luxurious leather motorized theater chairs in the Loft, or enjoy the leather contemporary sectional couch in the living room. You can also escape for some quiet time or relax and read a book in the sitting tea room. If you need to keep in touch to the rest of the world, or with the office back home, wireless internet and the office.

During your stay, take the time to enjoy some of what the Phoenix valley has to offer; ie. the many museums, galleries, shopping at Chandler's Fashion Square Mall, the Wildhorse Pass Outlet Stores just 10 minutes away, 250 golf courses, a Cardinals or Suns game, Phoenix Coyotes or catch one of many spring training games in March. Tickets and tee times can be arranged in advance or last minute.

If you enjoy Casino's, you can roll the dice or play roulette in one of southern Arizona largest! 5 minutes away is the Harrah's Ak-Chin Casino. To the North, a 15 minute drive, is the Gila River Casino. Maricopa is 15 minutes south of Chandler, 25 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and 45 minutes from Allegiant Air's Phoenix-Mesa Williams Gateway Airport. Keeps getting better!

We’ve been staying at this property for years, and each time we return, it somehow gets even better. From the upgraded furniture and beautiful flooring to the modern bathrooms and stunning outdoor landscaping—everything is thoughtfully maintained and continually improved. Bonnie and her husband do an absolutely phenomenal job. This is hands-down the best property in Rancho El Dorado and the entire city of Maricopa. Maricopa Delight

March 2025We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Everything was just as presented on the VRBO site and more. Cleanliness and accoutrements were as good as or better than expected. Pool and Hot Tub were great amenities and what we had hoped for, the outside living space was spectacular and very family friendly.Location and neighbor hood were great and not too far from places we like to visit in the Phoenix area. A car is certainly a necessary recommendation.

An annual tradition

Bonnie is up with the times! Every time we go back she has an enhancement to make the stay even better! Pools always ready to rock, hot tub is on point, the outdoor bar / grilling area with fire pit is unbelievable. The accommodations are 2nd to none. Fabulous Stay, Location and Pool!

My H-Band, me and brother-in-laws came to celebrate my father-in-law’s birthday and had a fantastic stay! Home is beautiful, right on the Duke, and Bonnie was so thorough and available for any questions. The pool and hot tub were amazing
beautiful outdoor entertaining area complete with gas grill (its own gas line, no propane needed), sink and built in cooler for beverages on the ready. Highly recommend and we will be booking for next year. Thanks Bonnie and Wade!

Super Bowl 2023

This is a beautiful house that has an amazing backyard, we wish it would have been warmer so we could get more use out of it. The hot tub, spa and fire pit were awesome. Many issues with the property

Even though we were credited with a small amount of money back due to all the many many issues with this property, see a summary below for the issues with the property: 1. Three days into the stay, the upstairs air conditioner compressor went out. Arizona day times got to upper 90's. We had to sleep on the couch for 2 nights until the owner was able to get a tech out to repair the AC. When owner was notified, she had a sophomoric cackle laugh saying "I don't know what I can do":. Did not see very motivated to have AC companies come out on an emergency case. Friends and family would not stay with us due to the extreme heat in all of the upstairs bedrooms. Upstairs temp rose to 90 degrees. 2. AC filters needed to be changed. We had to be in home to direct the tech. Cut in to our vacation time. 3. Several days into our stay, the ice maker broke. It took 4 days to get a new unit. When the techs took out the old unit, their comment was "man this thing stinks like fungus". Wonder if anyone else got sick from old ice...We had to be in home to direct the tech. Cut in to our vacation time. We had to purchase ice. 4. Approximate two weeks into our stay, the blower fan motor for the AC burned out. Again, sleeping on the couch for two nights due to high 90's and low 100's outside temp. Upstairs temp rose to 90 degrees. It took a tech several days to get a new part. We had to be in home to direct the tech. Cut in to our vacation time. 5. TV did not work. No sound and picture would go dark with a code on the set. Tech came out several days later and fiddled with the splitter. Nothing changed still with no sound and a dark picture right in the middle of a program. We just gave up at this point. We had to be in home to direct the tech. Cut in to our vacation time. I would highly advise anyone else if they want to VRBO this property, to vet the property before renting. Dishes, glasses and pots and pan definitely need to be upgraded. The house is listed as "luxurious", and for the high price we paid for our stay, I would not agree with "luxurious". We will not use this property again and advise others to use caution.

Beautiful home!

We rented this home for 6 adults and there was plenty of room for all. The home was everything it said, the weather was gorgeous, cool mornings by the fire pit, warm days in the pool. We were preparing for our daughters wedding and the hosts graciously offered tools and whatever else we might need. The neighborhood was quiet, and stores close by. I highly recommend these hosts and home! Thank you again, we loved it!!

Nice big house!

We were in transition moving out of Maricopa so we got Bonnies house. The house was perfect and any issues we had Bonnie had them taken care of right away. I don’t think we will ever go back to Maricopa but if we do we will stay at Bonnies house!
