Urokliwy dom w zacisznej okolicy

Parter i piętro domu to dwa osobne mieszkania, z oddzielnymi wejściami. Na piętrze są lepsze warunki: jest odnowiona łazienka, w pełni wyposażony aneks kuchenny oraz klimatyzacja. Parter jest nieco skromniejszy, bez możliwości gotowania. Dom jest idealny dla 6-osobowej grupy, znajomych lub rodziny. Wokół domu jest piękny ogród z altaną grillową. Jest miejsce na 2 auta. Do urokliwej plaży nie jest daleko, ale dojście jest bardzo strome. Droga dojazdowa do miejscowości jest bardzo wąska i kręta.

Das Häuschen liegt ruhig am Rand des kleinen Ortes. Im Garten dürfen Hängematten aufgehangen werden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Großer Platz zum Parken des Autos. Etwas wenig Besteck für sechs Personen und eine große Salatschüssel und eine Teekanne wären toll :-)

Entspannter Urlaub in Strandnähe

Wir wurden freundlich und warmherzig begrüßt und hatten für spätere Fragen in unserer Vermieterin eine zuverlässige und engagierte Ansprechpartnerin. Das Haus war ideal für uns (eine Familie mit 1 Kind oben, 1 Pärchen unten), einfach und zweckmäßig, dabei liebevoll eingerichtet. Der gepflegte Garten und Sitzbereich außen und der kurze Weg zu der ruhigen und hübschen Badebucht haben zu diesem wunderschönen Urlaubserlebnis sehr beigetragen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Belle villa dans coin tranquille

La villa est dans un hameau un peu isolé mais très proche de la mer avec toutefois une forte descente pour y aller et donc une forte montée pour revenir. À proximité 15 minutes Marina très sympathique et vinisce un peu plus simple. L’eau est magnifique, d’un bleu limpide. Par contre pas de plage de sable fin, uniquement petits galets et un peu de béton mais tout de même très sympa. Chaussures d’eau recommandés. Nous avons eu juste un problème de chauffe-eau sur la chambre du bas sinon tout fonctionnait.

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert...

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert für Idividualurlauber mit eigenem Pkw, die keinen Massentourismus mögen, 2 abgeschlossene Wohneinheiten benötigen und einen zu Fuss erreichbaren Bootsliegeplatz wünschen. Zugang zum Wasser, über recht steilen betonierten Weg ca.200m. Weniger geeignet für reinen Badeurlaub, da Strandliegeplatz sehr begrenzt.Junge sehr angenehme und hilfsbereite Vermieterfamilie. Haus ist komplett renoviert und sauber. Im UG. fehlten allerdings noch die Mückennetze in den Fenstern. Wir haben uns mit einem Moskitonetz selbst geholfen. In den frühen Abenstunden braucht man draussen einen funktionierenden Mückenschutz, was hier aber ganz normal ist und auch nicht übermäßig störend war. Wir bedanken uns für die freundliche Aufnahme und kommen gerne wieder.Familie mit erwachsenem Sohn. Reisetipps: Die kleine Bucht von Ljubljeva war für uns, ein guter und noch bezahlbarer, Ausgangspunkt für unsere Bootstouren entlang der Küste z.B. nach Trogir und Split im Süden und bis Sibenik und Vodice im Norden, sowie auch auf die vorgelagerten Inseln z.B. Solta und Hvar.Das Boot sollte Rauwassertauglich sein und über eine ausreichende Mototisierung verfügen. Je nach größe des Tanks, sollte man sich über die Lage der Tankstellen auf den Inseln informieren.Restaurant– / Konoba–Tipp: besonders am Festland, sollte man unbedingt auch den Anbietern in 2. und 3. Reihe Beachtung schenken.

Ein wunderbares Familienhaus, ...

Ein wunderbares Familienhaus, über zwei Etagen, zwei komplett eingerichtete Wohnungen, ein sehr gemütlicher Garten zum abends Verweilen mit einem Grill für einen tolles BBQ , für Familien unbedingt zu empfehlen, wunderbare Gastgeber, sehr nett, sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit, wir können dieses Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen, super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis Reisetipps: in ca. 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand, in einer traumhafte Bucht mit Kristall klarem Wasser, unbedingt Schnorchelausrüstungen mitbringen, in ca. 10 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto Vinisce ein typisches Fischerdorf mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, hier unbedingt einmal ein Boot leihen und die zahlreichen Buchten selbst erkunden, perfekte Tagesausflüge auch nach Trogir oder Split

5 Personen, 3 Generationen – a...

5 Personen, 3 Generationen – allen hat es super gefallen. Die Vermieter sind tolle Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Entspanntes Sitzen auf dem Balkon mit dem Blick auf den Garten. Grillen und Essen unter dem schattigenLaubdach, wir haben es sehr genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Reisetipps: Die Badebucht ist sehr schön zum Baden, schwimmen und Schnorcheln. Das entschädigt für den doch sehr steilen Weg (ca. 8 –10 Minuten) dahin. Für längere Strandaufenthalte sindwir nach Vinisce oder Marina gefahren, genauso zum Einkaufen und Essen. Wenn man die Strecke dorthin ein paar Mal gefahren ist, gewöhnt man sich auch an die sehr kurvenreiche Straße. Ein Vorteil ist auch die gute Lage, da man viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten wie Split, Sibenik, Trogir und die Krka Wasserfälle hat. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
