You'll fall in love with this cozy year-round guesthouse and extaordinary setting. The guesthouse is tastefully decorated and offers total comfort at the end of an adventurous day. Tucked away on the Menominee River, you’ll enjoy canoeing, fishing, or just lounging around inside the intimate guesthouse and enjoying a good book or a movie.

At approximately 900 square feet, this welcoming guesthouse features two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the other with two twin beds, fine linens, a bathroom with shower and tub, a fully equipped kitchen, a quaint living room, a bar, a dining area, an outdoor deck with table and chairs, and a charcoal grill with grill table.
You will absolutely LOVE this quaint, easygoing hideaway, located on the Menominee River. Rustically elegant, this picturesque guesthouse echoes the simplicity of the natural setting. Whether you like watching the sunrise or sitting under a moonlit sky with millions of stars shining above, you'll appreciate the view. Take time to enjoy a picnic on the deck, snuggle up in front of a bonfire, or play in the water.

We are only 1 hour north of Green Bay, 1 œ hours from Appleton, 3 œ hours from Milwaukee, 4 1/2 hours from Chicago and Minneapolis. So if you are planning to travel to Wisconsin, come check us out. You will be glad you did!

Great time on the river

The guest house was perfect for a long weekend of kayaking and touring around the western U.P. Very comfy beds and nice linens, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed and a fantastic view. We'll be back!

Quiet with a view

We were visiting for our sons baseball tournament and this cabin with a view was worth it over a hotel! Comfortable beds and simple amenities fit our family well. We plan to visit some of the waterfalls in the area next time!

Cute, Cozy Cabin

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this cute and cozy cabin with great friends of ours. It was the perfect weekend to getaway for a fun adults weekend. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

Lovely Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was the perfect spot for a long weekend out of the city. Its location on the river is amazing and it is a short drive to Marinette for whatever supplies were needed. Enjoyed the canoe, the three nesting ducks at the bottom of the garden and the bats who came out in the evening.

Great location!

My family and I were in town for a funeral and "The Guest House" was exactly what we needed. It was a short drive to Crivitz or Marinette, nice and quiet with no road noise, beautiful riverside location (dock and canoes included!!) and fully stocked & welcoming property. Communication was great and getting into the property was very easy. Swing by the grocery store on your way and then get ready to relax...or fish, BBQ or sun bathe the day away. One helpful tip for future travelers- don't buy any coffee filters. There is now a stack about a mile high in the cabinet :)

Quaint and peaceful getaway

A lovely home situated on a hill overlooking the Menominee River... We were impressed with the cleanliness, organization, and decor. We spent most of our time fishing area waters, but did paddle upstream in the available canoe. We would definitely rent again if we find ourselves looking to stay in the same area.
