Its strategic location makes it easy to explore Portugal, from Porto to Lisbon, along the beautiful Costa da Prata, which stretches from Aveiro to Torres Vedras. Nature and cycling enthusiasts will enjoy the many bike paths that allow you to discover the region.
The apartment offers modern comfort with a private terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, stovetop, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker), a living room with TV, a dining area, a sleeping space with TV and storage, a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine, as well as a dedicated workspace. The king-size bed (180 cm) offers exceptional luxury comfort.
The amenities include electric blinds, reversible air conditioning, high-speed fiber internet with access to Netflix, YouTube, and more. The apartment is completely independent with its own electric gate, and access is fully manageable remotely through a smart lock system.
You’ll have access to the pool, the fitness and a secure, closed garage. A TESLA charger is also available for an additional fee.
