The hotel was okay....but the price is definitely too high for what i got. The tile on the bathroom floor was cracked and broken (it even moved under your weight). The beds were decent, it had a microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast wasnt anything spectacular, but there was a decent selection of items. Not sure id stay there again, unless they do some maintenance or lower the price. (I paid $180 for 2 queens, for 1 night)

We stayed for 4 days and we never got maid service! Turns out we had to ask for it. All that money and we have to ask them to clean the room? Never have we had to ask for maid service anywhere. Sheets were stiff, never got any new towels. Breakfast was all packaged processed food. Just terrible

Rude front desk clerk

The person we spoke to when booking the hotel was quite rude and we decided to use hotels.com instead of the person at the front desk. When we checked out, I'm pretty sure the same person was the one checking us out, as she snapped at us to just put the cards on the desk. She was on her phone at that time.

Overall, it was fine.

The clerk at check in seemed confused about our reservation, but was kind. She made sure to tell us about the breakfast as the high point for the stay. Sadly, the breakfast was a typical high sugar/high carb with no protein beyond high sugar yogurt. Kids might love it, but we had to skip it to go find an appropriate breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was rock hard. We appreciated the extra blanket for the couch as we relaxed watching a little tv. The sauna didn’t get warm despite our following the directions to start it. The clerk at check out was on the phone and barely acknowledged me as I returned our keys. I was going to ask about local breakfast restaurants but she seemed uninterested in helping me.

Booked this hotel bc it was the cheapest for move in weekend at NMU. We’ve stayed there before but unfortunately this time the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, the pillows were really bad quality and the bathroom was a bit beaten up (scuff marks on walls, tiles cracked etc) and the staff were super grumpy. Felt like a rip off for the marked up cost of the room for move in weekend.

Find another hotel! When we walked in the toilet had urine and feces on it and the room smelled awful. I called Expedia who then contacted the hotel, the person at the front desk told Expedia they had no complaints. Twice I complained. We did not stay the 2nd night because of the smell. We received no refund from the hotel.
