Located in a 3 acres of fantastic gardens and really close to the Marrakech canal, Villa Nina is a charming property surrounded by olive trees, an the great view on the Atlas Mountains.

The spaces outside are really spacious, they hosts the swimming pool (it can be heated with an extra) with the terrace and sunbeds for relaxing, a pool house with sofas for relaxing and a dining area for al fresco dinners, are available for the guests also a tennis table and the pentaque area, and an outdoor fireplace, complete the spaces outside a very well maintained tennis court.

Villa Nina is composed by two buildings, the principal has 4 bedrooms and the second one three.
The interiors are carefully decorated and furnished that create a relaxing and comfortable ambient, mixing the oriental decors with colonial and contemporary.
In detail, the main villa has a living room with the fireplace, cozy sofas, a TV room, the traditional patio looking on South on the equipped terrace with big sofas and a night corner with an open fireplace, in this building there is the fully equipped kitchen with the staff room also.
The second building, just few step away, offers a spacious living area with fireplace and all kind of comfort.

The bedrooms are big and bright all with private bathroom, one it is on the first floor, a double bed and private terrace, the other 2 are located on the ground floor all with a double bed, except one room that has two twin beds.

The guests will appreciate the Staff at disposal for any needs and request, there is a manager who speaks French and English, maids, waiter, gardeners and the cook, he/she will provide all the meals and the grocery shopping.
This beautiful property offers also the wifi connection, heating, air conditioning, DVD players and board games for kids entertainment, it is the perfect place where to spend unforgettable holidays in Morocco with the family or friends.
