Beautiful Riad, spotlessly clean room, staff helpful above and beyond. We took a hammam at the spa within the Riad which was wonderful. Breakfast very nice. All in all couldn’t be better

The staff at the riad/spa are amazing. I was at the end of my trip and feeling sick and they arranged for a doctor for hire to come in. I was so grateful. The kitchen staff are lovely and same with the hammam & spa. I don’t know if I’ve stayed anywhere that made me feel so taken care of - this isn’t even speaking to how beautiful the space is and how convieniently located it is either!

Everything about this Riad made our stay in Marrakech special. The staff were incredibly attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was delicious and it was spotless. A real oasis in the madness of the city!

This riad has a stunning Moroccan style aesthetic, there are lots of beautiful paintings and ornaments around. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was always clean and the sheets and towels were cleaned daily. Very impressed😊

One of the friendliest staffs and cleanest accommodations I’ve stayed at. Surprisingly quiet considering location was walking to most attractions and Medina. Food service on the rooftop was wonderful and relaxing.

The staff at Riad Andalla Spa is extremely caring and kind, especially with making sure you & family feel safe and have what you need. Cars are able to drop off very nearby, so the walk with suitcases is very easy (no mazes), they hired reliable drivers. In addition Abdullah was extremely kind and helpful in terms of advice on how to deal with safety and haggling prices in the nearby souks. The building has really beautiful art, and the Riad itself is a really nice place to relax, with many beautiful sitting rooms throughout the Riad. The dinner, although somewhat pricey, was really fantastic - again very attentive and kind staff. Some words on how accommodating the staff were: clear and easy communication with staff through the Expedia app. At both dinner and the complimentary breakfast, they put a lot of effort into ensuring there was gluten free dishes for my wife (Celiac’s). My parents needed somewhere to wait for their flight for ~5 hours, and there was no problem with bringing them with the driver, staying at the Riad until the afternoon and getting them a driver to the airport. I really felts my family was safe and taken care of - huge compliments to the staff for a wonderful atmosphere!

The place is a hidden gem. It was beautiful! The staff was very kind and phenomenal and always went the extra mile. The food was delicious! Although I didn’t take advantage of their offerings, they have an onsite cooking class and can get you scheduled for tours and activities. I did utilize their ride service…ordering transportation that was safe, affordable, and fast. The rooms were very clean. I was treated like family, like royalty. The area is very safe and walkable. The food vendors and surrounding areas are safe to dine and shop at any time.
