Studio du Lac is a very special hideaway for two, providing you with all you need for the perfect stay in beautiful Marseillan.
Established in 2019, Studio du Lac in Marseillan benefits from an unrivalled waterside location just a leisurely 10 minute stroll from picturesque Marseillan port and the charming old town with its shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. You can also easily enjoy the unspoilt long sandy Mediterranean beaches as it is only a 10 minute drive to the nearest one at Marseillan-Plage. Or you can cycle there on the dedicated traffic-free track opposite the studio, using the free bicycles we provide.

Two opportunities for outside living

From the privacy of your front terrace you can enjoy panoramic views of Sète's Mont St Clair, which appears island-like across the lagoon, and the yachts of Marseillan marina. There is always something different to watch on the sparkling waters of the Étang du Thau, be it yachts, small dinghies, barges, wind- and kite-surfers. Sometimes you will just want to enjoy the ever changing colours of the water.

The front terrace gives you the opportunity to plan your day with a coffee and croissants in the warm sunshine, or to enjoy a romantic late-evening drink with your loved one, watching the magical twinkling of lights across the lagoon at Sète.

In addition to this, the very private, nautically-themed side courtyard provides you with another table and chairs, together with a gas barbeque and hot tub.

Two deep and wide seats in the tub allow you and your significant other to relax in spacious comfort. One of the seats even incorporates the exclusive Aqua Rolling Massage™ system for the ultimate in back therapy.

As a change from visiting one of the many excellent restaurants around Marseillan's picturesque port or in the old town, what could be nicer than grilling some fresh sardines on the gas BBQ, maybe preceded by some fresh oysters and washed down with a glass or two of the award-winning local wines?
