Holiday Inn raised the concept of atrocious customer service to an art form. Our flight into Marseille was delayed, and we inadvertently took the wrong shuttle bus to another hotel. We called the Holiday inn at 11:30 for shuttle service from a hot Leo located very near the HI. They refused saying that we needed to return to the airport. We called them from the airport at 2345. They refused to send a shuttle saying we should take a cab. The airport was closed and there were no cabs. Even though the HI wouldn’t refund our room rate we chose to stay at the Hilton. It is clear that the Marseille Hiliday Inn could not care less about its customers.
