This is an absolutely lovely property and a hidden gem. It’s situated in a serene setting surrounded by nature but yet close to good restaurants. The couple managing the property are just fabulous. We loved our cottage and our stay overall. We would love to come back again.

Cet hĂŽtel est plutĂŽt un deux Ă©toiles, d'ailleurs sur son enseigne extĂ©rieure il en a 2. Nous avions prĂ©cisĂ© que nous avions un gros chien nous avons Ă©tĂ© mis dans une chambre qui faisait Ă  peine 9 mĂštres carrĂ©s la porte de la chambre ne s'ouvrait mĂȘme pas entiĂšrement elle butait sur le lit il n'y avait donc pas de table de nuit ni de prise Ă  la tĂȘte de lit. j'ai du brancher mon appareil respiratoire Ă  l'autre bout de la piĂšce et faire traverser le fil. Il y avait des remontĂ©es des goĂ»ts dans la salle de bain et le lavabo ne s'Ă©vacuait pas il n'y avait pas non plus de bouchons pour fermer le syphon. La literie par contre Ă©tait bonne

La prestation ne vaut pas le prix de 81€. Pas d'anticipation pour la mise en route du chauffage dans une chambre glaciale. TĂ©lĂ©commande de la tĂ©lĂ©vision piles usagers et le bouton on/off HS. Le branchement de la bouilloire doit se faire au sol car prise inexistante au dessus sa table. Insonorisation absente lors de l'utilisation des salles d'eau par les chambres du dessus et adjacentes. Le point positif est l'accueil tĂ©lĂ©phonique et la rĂ©activitĂ© par retour de mail et SMS de Sarah l'hĂŽtesse.

Hotel un peu vieillot mais trĂšs propre et idĂ©alement situĂ© a la ciotat, proche du port, du centre et des calanques. Nous avons tout fait a pieds. Dommage qu'il n'y ait que 5 places de parking rĂ©servĂ©es aux clients de l’hĂŽtel.

Appel de l’hĂŽtel avant notre arrivĂ©e et petit message avec toutes les infos pour pouvoir arriver aprĂšs 19h, nous n’avons rencontrĂ© personne sur place durant les deux jours de notre sĂ©jour, nous avons pu nous garer le premier soir dans l’hĂŽtel juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© mais le deuxiĂšme soir pas de place (parking 5places) donc obliger de payer le parking juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© aussi. C’était propre mais pas Nikel! Coton tige mouchoirs retrouver sous le lit et petit frigo Ă  disposition mais qui ne fait pas de froid! Rue calme et ville trĂšs sympathique!

J'aurais aimé savoir avant d'arriver que le parking de l'hotel etait celui de l'hotel d'en dessous et qu'il etait plein, alors que sur le site, il est annoncé un parking privé, gratuit. (Le parking payant souterrain c'est quand meme 2euros/heures ou 17euros la journée ! Sinon accueil et personnel tres sympa, et à l'écoute de nos besoins (notamment concernant la climatisation qui ne marchait pas en ce moment de canicule). Petit déjeuner bien achalandé. Et situation tres proche du centre historique de la Ciotat.
