Fabulous stay at this hotel. They had superior staff that were friendly. The hotel itself is pretty and the room has everything you could need. We stayed in one of the apartments and there was even a washer which I don’t believe they in the description. Loved our time in Marseille.

Very comfortable room and helpful staff. Unfortunately the elevator wasn't working. We were only there one night, so no problem, but they said it would be 5 days before it was fixed! Staff carried our suitcases up 4 flights for us. They were very attentive. The location in the port is great! Walkable from the train station, but it's all uphill if you plan on walking back!

The room was located far from the main building and lobby (300 meters!), Dark room with no view. Sewage smell in the bathroom. We decided to not stay and went to another hotel. The management refused to refund the full price, only 50%. Bad experience, I don't recommend this property

Excellent hotel

Very accommodating hotel. We were allowed to check in early. Location is very central. Staff is very courteous, respectful and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Room is nice and quiet, you cant hear an outside noise. I would highly recommend.
