Very good property, staff helpful and efficient. Room excellent, very big and clean. Bathroom layout was a bit restrictive due to large double sink and shower a bit awkward to get in and out but not a huge issue for us. Breakfast needs more variety/selection, not worth the money at present. Overall though, we would definitely stay again :)

Fabulous room, bigger than expected. Great views of the port, howeverwould be a little noisy for some. Free water and coffee, but only ever had one cup in our room. Great comfy bed and fluffy towels.

Good stay in Marseille

Our room was very large, with a separate WC room and a bathroom. There was a tub and a walk in large shower. The hotel is located in a pedestrian zone in the old port area, very convenient to shops and restaurants. What we did not like is 1) late hour cleaning. The maid would come after 4 pm and 2) homeless people in front of the hotel making loud noise at night interrupting our sleep.

Fabulous location and staff!

Excellent, well-located hotel moments from the old port. I received a warm welcome from the friendly, helpful receptionist and was given a fabulous room. She said because I was trying to speak French! The in-room breakfast was a real treat, as were the L’Occitane toiletries. The stunning tall balconies with great views made the stay extra special.

Fantastic location—buses, trams, and trains are right outside the door, making it incredibly easy to get to all the major sights. The room was very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The AC worked fine, and the overall experience was comfortable and pleasant. Just a note: there is NO POOL, despite a misleading photo on Google Reviews. Still, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.
