This cozy cottage is the perfect getaway for couples or small families! This 500 sq. ft. home has a private patio with a fire pit and walking trails on property. It is is the perfect place to escape the city and enjoy beautiful Virginia!

We are available for any guests questions or needs.

The property is located in a private neighborhood in the heart of Virginia horse and wine country! Please be respectful to our neighbors and stick to the 20 mph speed limit while in the neighborhood.

Guests will have access to the entire cottage besides locked off owner's closet. Property access is shared with owners. Main house grounds and amenities are off limits to guests.

The private cottage is located on a shared private residence. It has its own private entrance and driveway.

Guests will need their own vehicles to transit to and from the property.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
