My previous review was responded to. Absolutely no one has reached out to me to find out any issues. Upon arrival at the property, I was informed by the manager that Travelocity was not paying the hotel and I would have to pay the hotel directly. This was incorrect and it felt very shady. Then the manager proceeded to check me in under the incorrect name. I needed to get a receipt for my stay and I informed her that I would be back to get my receipt at a later time. She had accidentally printed me the wrong person’s receipt. The next day, I arrived back at almost midnight to find a note on my door stating that I could come by the desk to get my receipt. I returned a note stating that I would be by on Monday. I am working 16-hour shifts. The manager thought the “I am” was 1 am and proceeded to knock on my door at 1 am. She was verbally upset. She went to get the note and I pointed out where I wrote I am working 16-hour shifts. Not at 1am working 16-hour shifts. As she walked away she was verbally upset, using a few foul words. The next morning, I came by the desk and all she said to me was, "I was trying to accommodate your request."
There is way more to this but Travelocity will only let me write so much.
