Relax in front of the fire of the stove or refresh yourself in the swimming pool in front of a breathtaking view of nature. 15 hectares made up of meadows and woods in a serene atmosphere, lulled by the sound of birds. Nestled in the heart of Quercy, the estate has kept its authenticity: typical stone building, walnut dryer, orchard, give the estate a crazy charm and the desire to take a break. You are only a few kilometers from Martel, one of the most visited and well-known villages in the Lot department. If you like to discover, go visit Padirac, Rocamadour, or go for a walk along the Dordogne. Cottage on 2 levels. On the ground floor, a large living/dining/kitchen area: Sofa, rocking chair, TV, pellet stove, Table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen (Fridge with freezer compartment, Microwave, Oven, dishwasher ,...).
