This recently built vacation home in the heart of Quercy-Lot is a perfect retreat for a family. It is located on the edge of the village of Martel (approx. 500 m on foot) and has an air-conditioned living area which includes a kitchen, dining and living area. The glazed door opens onto the terrace, extending the living space. The rental consists of two bedrooms: bedroom 1 has a double bed (140 cm wide) and a closet, while bedroom 2 has a double bed (140 cm wide) with a double bed. Please note: The bunk bed is suitable for teenagers up to 15 years old, but not recommended for children under 6 years old. Outside, the property offers a covered, paved terrace furnished with a table and chairs. There is also an electric barbecue and deep fat fryer for outdoor cooking. There is a small private, fenced pool measuring 4 x 2.50 m surrounded by gabion walls and a pool area with synthetic carpet.
