Nestled within the picturesque countryside of Martina Franca in Puglia, Villa Sara presents an enchanting escape. The villa boasts a private pool, a delightful barbecue nook, and a charming patio, perfect for relishing open-air dining experiences.



Villa Sara spans a single ground floor, opening into a living space characterized by a vaulted ceiling adorned with soft-toned exposed stone bricks. The area is adorned with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, exuding comfort and style. A self-contained kitchen complements the living space, featuring a dining area and equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher, an oven, and a coffee machine.



The sleeping quarters comprise two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed. One of these can be easily converted into twin beds upon request. Adjacent to the bedrooms lies a well-appointed bathroom with a shower. Furthermore, accessible from the kitchen, a third bedroom beckons, complete with a queen-size bed and direct access to the inviting pool area. An additional bathroom with a shower completes the indoor amenities.



Guests are privileged to spacious outdoor havens where they can unwind in the tranquility of the countryside. The villa offers a private pool, a barbecue enclave, a thoughtfully furnished patio, and an alfresco shower. Creature comforts like complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating are at guests' disposal.



The pool will be accessible from May to the early days of October.

The villa is situated just a short drive from Martina Franca's center, perched atop the Southern Murgia Plateau. It occupies a central position in southern Apulia, boasting a historic center of timeless allure that narrates the city's illustrious history. The emblem of the city is the grand Basilica of San Martino, majestically situated in the splendid Plebiscito Square. Noteworthy are also the "Chiesa del Carmine," "Chiesa di San Francesco d'Assisi," and "Chiesa di Sant'Antonio dei Cappuccini." In Roma Square, nestled in the heart of the city, stands Palazzo Ducale, emblematic of civic governance, housing both a museum of natural sciences and a gallery of pictorial art.



The villa's surroundings extend into the heart of the Itria Valley, amidst ancient trulli and exquisite woodlands. Martina Franca enjoys a strategic locale, facilitating access to the extensive Ionian beaches, such as Campomarino and Porto Cesareo, and the Adriatic coast, including the natural reserve of Torre Guaceto, Torre Canne, and Capitolo.



The most alluring spot to savor Martina Franca's delights is beneath the arcades of Piazza Maria Immacolata, where guests can indulge in the local DOC wine and savor the city's signature dishes served as delectable street food during festivals. Notably, the "bombette" rolls and the renowned "capocollo" of Martina Franca—a succulent meat sausage infused with red wine and Mediterranean spices—hold pride of place.



A short distance away lies Locorotondo, celebrated for its white wine, Ceglie Messapica, a hub of culinary and traditional excellence, Cisternino, a gem among Italy's most beautiful villages, and Alberobello, whose iconic UNESCO-listed "trulli" captivate visitors. The enchanting White City of Ostuni is nearby, as is the Pianelle Natural Park at about 15 kilometers. Further afield, a 40-minute drive reveals the coastal allure of Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, and the captivating historic centers of Castellana Grotte.

Booking guidelines:

- Check-in falls between 15:00 and 20:00 and necessitates confirmation at least 48 hours beforehand.

- Check-out is slated for 10:00.

- Arrangements for check-in or check-out outside the stipulated hours may be feasible, contingent upon facility availability. Such arrangements may incur an additional fee ranging from €20 to €40 for arrivals post 20:00.

- The villa premises cannot host parties or other events.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors.

- Animals are not permitted unless specified otherwise.
