Spacious and stylish, Magia Estate is a breathtaking retreat only 1km from Marina Della Lobra beach (rocky), and 700m from the centre of Massa Lubrense, making this perfect for large gatherings and special celebrations. This expansive estate spans nearly five acres of lush Mediterranean landscape with panoramic sea views.
Designed to accommodate up to 17 guests across nine bedrooms, the villa offers the flexibility of being rented as a single residence or two self-contained units, each with its own entrance. With two private pools, one of which can be heated on request, fitness areas, and easy access to local beaches, shops, and restaurants, Villa Magia promises an unforgettable stay in a stunning coastal setting.
The estate develops between 2 main houses: Magia Sud and Magia North, each with their own private garden, pool and sunbathing terraces. And all around the gardens, 2 acres of land are dedicated to citrus and olive groves and the cultivation of organic vegetables.
MAGIA SUD
Accessed via a private entrance, and with its own internal lift, it looks out a rectangular pool with gently graduating steps that are perfect for young children.
The ground floor consists of a large living room with two 3-seater sofas, an elegant white oval-shaped dining table, a TV and doors leading out to the terrace. There is a separate beautiful white kitchen, a laundry room and a guest bathroom. On this ground floor, we find:
• Double bedroom with kind size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as access to the terrace.
On the first floor, we have three more bedrooms:
• Double bedroom with king size bed, balcony and en-suite bathrooms with shower.
• Twin bedroom with two single beds which can be converted into a double, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
• Double bedroom with king size bed, sea view, and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Also with an internal lift to all floors of the property, this house offers privacy and independence, as well as an infinity pool which can be heated on request.
On the ground floor, the large living room is furnished with two 3-seater sofas, a TV and a white oval dining table for 8, and from the dining area, glass doors lead through to the kitchen. The ground floor also has a laundry room and guest bathroom. The sleeping rooms on this level are:
• Double bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the terrace and pool area.
• Bedroom with small double bed (better suited for one adult or two children) and en-suite bathroom with shower.
