The Space:

Tetto Bianco is a charming two-level seaside apartment set in the authentic fishermen village of Marina del Lobra, in Massa Lubrense, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the sea.

On the ground floor there are two cosy double bedrooms and a bathroom, ideal for a comfortable and quiet rest. Upstairs, the living area opens into a fully equipped kitchen and a welcoming lounge space, with direct access to a furnished terrace. From here you can enjoy beautiful sea views and relaxed outdoor dinners.



One of the strongest points of the apartment is its location. In just a short walk you reach the marina, where you will find local restaurants by the water, small cafés and boats departing daily to Capri, Positano and the Amalfi Coast. The atmosphere is simple, authentic and far from crowded tourist areas.



The area is peaceful and truly local, perfect if you are looking to slow down and experience a more genuine side of the coast. At the same time, Sorrento is only about 20 minutes away, making it easy to explore the entire region.

The apartment includes air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and all the essential comforts for a relaxed stay. From the moment your booking is confirmed, our hosting and concierge team will assist you before arrival and during your stay, helping you organize private transfers, boat tours, in-villa dining experiences and local activities.



Please note that the property is accessed via a series of steps and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

A couple of paid parking options are available within a few hundred meters, with an approximate daily cost of €20 (2026), depending on the season.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, spread over two levels, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, the living area and the private terrace.



The Neighborhood:

Marina del Lobra is a small and picturesque fishermen village located in Massa Lubrense, just outside Sorrento. It is one of the most authentic and unspoiled corners of the area, far from the crowds and full of local character.

The neighborhood is built around a charming marina, where you can enjoy wonderful seaside fish restaurants such as Da Angelo and Da Michele, along with a few other local spots. The atmosphere is relaxed, simple and genuinely Italian, perfect for slow dinners by the water and peaceful evenings.

A small beach, Chiaia, is just a few minutes walk away, ideal for a swim in clear waters. From the harbor, you can also easily join boat tours to Capri and the Amalfi Coast, one of the most recommended experiences in the area.

The village is quiet, especially in the evening, and does not offer nightlife. This makes it ideal for those looking to relax and disconnect, while still being within easy reach of Sorrento, which is about 30 minutes away and offers more restaurants, shops and connections to the rest of the region.



Getting Around:

Marina del Lobra is connected to Massa Lubrense and Sorrento by local buses, with several daily connections. Sorrento can be reached in around 15–20 minutes, where you will find restaurants, shops and transport links to the rest of the region.

The nearest bus stop is within walking distance, although the route includes a short uphill stretch.

That said, one of the most enjoyable and practical ways to explore the area is by sea. Boat tours to Capri and the Amalfi Coast depart directly from the harbor just a few minutes from the apartment, offering a scenic and very comfortable alternative to road travel.

While a car is not strictly necessary, it can offer more flexibility, especially in the evening or for exploring the surrounding areas more freely. Parking is available near the marina.

Alternatively, taxis and private transfers can be easily arranged through our concierge team.



Other Things to Note:

Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm. 

In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee of €30.

Check-out time is 10 am. 

Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.



Tourist tax: €3 per adult per day, applied for the first 7 nights. This tax is required by the Municipality of Massa Lubrense and is payable in cash upon arrival.

Usage policy and allowed services



The property is designed exclusively for residential stays and a relaxed holiday experience. Any kind of events, private parties, or gatherings are not permitted.

Should you intend to use the property for any kind of commercial activity, such as photo shootings or filming, please inform Feeling Italy at the time of booking, as this is only possible with prior written approval.



External suppliers, including private chefs and catering services, are not permitted. All services must be arranged exclusively through Feeling Italy. Our Concierge team will be happy to assist in organizing tailored experiences and services during your stay.
