Super, nette Gastgeber. Haus wie im Internet beschrieben, sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet.Klimaanlage konnte leider nicht eigenhändig genutzt bzw eingestellt werden und war deswegen garnicht an. Kicker war leider nicht mehr vorhanden. Mehr als ärgerlich war jedoch, dass der Neffe des Nachbarn täglich die Musik viel zu laut aufgedreht hat. (Techno)Die Vermieter haben sich mehrmals dafür entschuldigt, obwohl sie ja nichts dafür konnten.

Das Ferienhaus Olivo ist ideal für Ferien mit der Familie. Das Haus bietet viel Platz. Der Garten ist gross und der Pool eine gute Alternative zum Meer. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten tolle Ferien in Massarosa. Sehr schönes, geräumiges Haus. Alles tiptop sauber und gepflegt. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Besitzer wohnen in der zweiten Haushälfte und sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben gerne jederzeit Tipps. Der Hund Saski und ein Esel wohnen auch dort. Der Pool ist super mit vielen Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen. Der Supermarkt ist zu Fuß durch den Olivenhain zu erreichen. Schöner Spaziergang morgens, um Frühstück zu holen.

Tolles, großzügiges Ferienhaus

Schönes Ferienhaus mit ausgesprochen netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern; Insgesamt ist Platz für sechs Erwachsene und drei Kinder und das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Pool, Hund und Esel sind super vor allem für Kinder! Das einzige, was ein wenig gestört hat, war, dass das obere Zimmer nicht abgetrennt ist (keine Zimmertür) und das Haus insgesamt sehr hellhörig ist. Danke an Marco und Amalia für die nette Betreuung vor Ort!

Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut die Region zu erkunden. In 20-30 Minuten mit dem Auto ist man an sehr schönen Stränden und der Stadt Pisa. Einkauf ist zu Fuss in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr Freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Tolles Haus mit Olivenhain uns netten Gastgebern

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Gastgebern empfangen, die im Haus nebenan wohnen. Das Haus bietet Platz auf 4 Ebenen, sodass man sich bei einem Urlaub mit 2 Familien auch gut zurück ziehen kann. Die Einrichtung ist toll, die Betten bequem und die Küche voll ausgestattet. Das Haus ist bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber gewesen. Der Garten ist wirklich schön angelegt und der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Auf der Terrasse hinter dem Haus kann man morgens die Sonne genießen und abends gemütlich Grillen. Auf der Hauptterasse hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf die umliegenden Häuser am Berg und in der Ferne sieht man Viareggio. Aus den oberen Stockwerken sieht man auch den Lago di Massaciuccoli in der Ferne. Auf dem Grundstück leben noch ein Hund und ein Esel, die sich über Streicheleinheiten gefreut haben. In der Nähe ist der Supermarkt Conad, den man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten über einen Hügel mit Olivenhainen erreicht. Das ist morgens immer ein schöner Spaziergang zum Bäcker im Supermarkt gewesen. Ein weiterer sehr guter Supermarkt Eurospin ist ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Hier gibt es auch eine große Auswahl frischer Backwaren und eine warme Theke mit leckeren Spezialitäten. Der nächste Strand ist in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto in Viarregio erreichbar. Die Lage des Hauses ist ganz gut, da man schnell auf der Autobahn ist. Diese und den Berufsverkehr der am Morgen und Abend durch den Stadtteil geht, hört man allerdings auch etwas. Nach 1-2 Tagen merkt man das jedoch nicht mehr. Wir waren mit 2 Familien da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir empfehlen das Haus unbedingt weiter und würden gerne noch mal hin fahren.

La maison est belle est spacieuse. Beaucoup d'escaliers à l'intérieur (attention, pas pratique pour des personnes à mobilité réduite). Piscine de taille moyenne avec beaucoup de transats au bord. Tout proche d'un magasin et d'une entrée d'autoroute.
