The modern apartment is on the first floor of a two-storey villa and offers an extraordinary view of Lake Maggiore from its beautiful, large terrace, where you can eat during the lovely summer and spring days. The flat also has a private garden which is fenced in on three sides and blessed with delightful sunshine. Inside the 2-bedroom apartment, there is a large living room and a separate kitchen, both overlooking the terrace and the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, cooker hob, toaster, microwave and kettle.
There is private parking next to the entrance and free Wi-Fi.
