Modern inside, clean and spacious rooms. The rooms are not appealing from the outside so i was pleasantly suprised. Unfortunately it was school holidays and some kids had their own rooms. Found it very noisey as the door was not soft closing so all we coukd hear till 10pm ware doors banging. Good facilities with a trampoline, in door and outdoor pool and lots of room kids can play.

The hotel had great facilities, nice restaurant, pool, spa, games room. Our room was clean and tidy, albeit a bit aged. The shower/bath was old but the shower head still had good pressure. It was nice to have our own park in front of the room.

Quiet warm room. However no curtain netting, so if we had to close the curtains during the day for privacy, we'd have to use the blackout curtains. So couldn't enjoy the sunlight in our room.

Good hotel to stay in when in Masterton

Good place to stay, great restaurant with good food and drinks, bar staff and restaurant staff were awesome, reception person not so much, don't think she wanted to be there...will def stay again..
