We stayed in the annex. It was quiet but dated and not as clean as it should have been. The headboard had grease stains from a previous occupant. The staff were quick and courteous, to see to and issue we experienced. It was over priced for what was supplied.

The motel is quite old and could use some TLC. It has alot of character, however, and it was nice to have a balcony overlooking the water. It was also nice to go for a walk on the beach. The rooms are not very soundproof, so tended to be noisy. We didn't need AC, but may be hot in the rooms in the summer. Breakfast was not available the morning we were leaving, due to kitchen issue, but luckily there was coffee!

We were absolutely impressed with the food at this little Hotel on the banks of the St Lawrence. This restaurant is without a doubt a 5 star and the service was excellent. We were impressed with our waiter Gabriel who looked after us very well. It was quiet short holiday for us and we would strongly recommend this Hotel-Motel.

Stay here folks!

We had a one night stay after getting off the ferry from Baie Comeau at 7:30pm. Not only was this super close to the ferry, but the hotel was great as well. The host was exceptionally accommodating and pleasant to talk to. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. To top it off, the hotel has a great waterfront too. Stay here folks!

The main reception area is worn but the staff are very accommodating. We stayed in the main building, second floor, no elevator. Room (33) was somewhat dated but bed comfortable and a nice small balcony with a good view. The dining room is attractive, large with excellent views over the water. The annex buildings appear to be newer and updated.

I believe this is to our particular room as I saw other rooms seem to be in more reasonable condition. The reason I give this a poor rating is that my roommate and I could smell the smell of dust. You need a lot of dust around in order to smell dust odour.

Love that at least one property close to ferry is pet friendly. When we stayed there was a young sports team there and they were active till 6 PM and then we never heard a sound. Rooms were clean but a little outdated. Bathrooms were clean and good.
