About this property

110m² vacation apartment in a quiet location in the wild and romantic Zillertal valley

The Bergblick apartment was renovated in 2020. During the renovation, we paid particular attention to our guests’ feedback. Among other things, we significantly improved the internet connection and reduced the number of beds to create a more comfortable space, especially in the dining area. In addition, we went to great lengths to make all the rooms more inviting and brighter.

The house where the vacation apartment is located is situated in a quiet area just outside the idyllic mountaineering village of Ginzling and serves as an ideal starting point for bike tours and hikes—from easy strolls to challenging summit climbs, there’s something for everyone.

But you can also enjoy the beautiful view from one of the balconies overlooking our alpine meadows and the majestic mountain scenery—and simply unwind from the stresses of everyday life! Round off a wonderful day of skiing, biking, or hiking with a cozy get-together in the kitchen-diner.

Additionally, you’ll have access to a ski room with a boot dryer, Wi-Fi throughout the house, a ping-pong table, and a large playground with swings, a big trampoline, and a playhouse featuring a sandbox and slide. Towels and bed linens are also provided in the apartment.

Mayrhofen is just a 12-minute drive away, where you’ll find shops, an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, a tennis court, mini-golf, a bowling alley, a movie theatre, and much more. The stop for the free ski bus to Mayrhofen is just 30 metres from the accommodation—so skiers will also get their money’s worth and can enjoy the slopes in the Zillertal’s largest ski area.

Great starting point for hiking

Beautiful surroundings, hiking trail just outside and a short 10 min walk to Ginzling for more trails. 10-15 min drive to Mayrhofen. Cleaning was outstanding.

Sehr schönes Appartment

Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen und einem Hund für 1 Woche zum wandern und Ski fahren im Apartment Bergblick. Es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt. Wir konnten uns jederzeit bei Fragen an die Vermieter wenden. Das Apartment liegt etwas abseits von Mayrhofen, ist aber kein Problem, da die Skibus-Haltestelle direkt vor dem Grundstück ist. Des Weiteren gibt es einen Brötchenservice, sodass man jeden Morgen frische Brötchen hatten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Diese Wohnung ist einfach super. Ein sympathischer Hof, umfangreiche Ausstattung, hoher Grad an Sauberkeit - und dazu alles völlig unkompliziert. Dazu ist die ruhige Lage außerhalb von Mayrhofen einfach herrlich. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Ein sehr toller Urlaub!

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Wir waren mit unseren Kindern ( 5 und 9 Jahre), Oma und Opa und unserem Hund eine Woche zu Besuch. Die Ferienwohnung ist top!! In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Balkone auf beiden Seiten wurden täglich von uns benutzt. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Berge und die Alm mit den Kühen. Die Kinder haben es sehr genossen, sich auch in ihr Zimmer zurückziehen zu können. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl! Auch die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer für ein Schwätzchen zu haben. Unserem Sohn hat vor allem die frisch gemolkene Milch zum Frühstück geschmeckt. Die Unterkunft und die Umgebung sind sehr zu empfehlen!

Mal wieder wunderbar

Auch wenn wir dieses Jahr eher Frühling als Winter hatten, wer der Aufenthalt in Ginzling und im Apartment Bergblick wunderbar! Es ist alles da, die Lage ist abgeschieden, trotzdem sind die Skigebiete sehr nah gelegen, es gibt vom Haus wunderbare Wandermöglichkeiten. Der Brötchenbestellservice ist toll, frische Milch und Butter werden auf Wunsch geliefert.

Super sommerurlaub

Wir waren hier für eine Woche um das Zillertal und Ginzling zu verkennen. Die lage des Appartements ist super, busstelle vor der Tür. Auch Ginzling ist nicht weit zu Fuss. Das Appartment ist auch super, alles was man braucht ist da, der hintere Balkon hat blick auf die tolle Bergen und Kühe uaf der Alm, war sehrventspannend wenn man nach der Wanderung zuhause gekommen ist. Zum Wandern ist Ginzling ein Paradies, es gibt alle Schwierigkeiten , wir waren zb zu Max Hütte, das war eine ganz schöne Strecke. Sicherlich nich ein Besuch wert!

Geräumige Wohnung mit allem Zubehör

Die Wohnung glänzte mit allem Zubehör, was man braucht. Besteck, Töpfe u.a. in genügender Anzahl vorhanden. Zusätzlicher Vorteil zwei Toiletten und zwei Badezimmer, davon eine getrennt vom Badezimmer. Wer gerne weiche Matratzen in den Betten hat, der ist hier richtig. Skibushaltestelle zwar direkt vorm Haus, jedoch sind die Abfahrts- und Ankunftszeiten sehr spärlich. Daher genau recherchieren, ob dies in die eigene Planung passt. Die Busfahrt bis zur Horbergbahn dauert mehr als 20 Minuten. Selbst mit dem Pkw müssen wegen der Streckenführung gut 15 Minuten eingeplant werden. Vermieter überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Alle Kleinigkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs, die man sonst immer noch schnell besorgen muss, waren vorhanden. Da hat sich jemand Gedanken gemacht. Wunderschön gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön zwischen Ginzlingen und Mayrhofen gelegen, die Berge türmen sich wunderschön hinter und vor dem Haus auf. Ein Fluss fliest direkt neben der Straße. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, vollständig eingerichtet und gemütlich. Wir haben noch während des Urlaubs die Wohnung gleich für das nächste Jahr gebucht!

Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen.

Wir haben einen schöne Woche während unseres Skiurlaubs im Februar 2023 in dem geräumigen Appartement verbracht. Vielen Dank für die nette Umsorgung! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Elisabeth funktionierte bestens. Wir wurden freundlich in Empfang genommen. Im Haus wohnen die Eltern der Vermieterin, die uns mit allem Nötigen (selbst produzierte Butter, Milch, Eier vom Bauernhof) versorgt haben sowie die Brötchenbestellung entgegengenommen haben. Für unserer Fragen waren sie immer ansprechbar. Sogar unser Leergut konnten wir zur Entsorgung stehen lassen. Die Küche war mit allem Erforderlichen ausgestattet. Von jedem Raum aus waren die Balkone zugänglich, sodass es sich mit 6 Erwachsenen gut leben ließ. Insgesamt war es eine sehr stimmige Woche. Das Haus ist leicht und auch im Winter ohne Schneeketten zu erreichen, da die Zufahrt flach ist. Von Ginzling aus sind es nur ca. 15 Fahrminuten zur Liftstation in Finkenberg, wo ein kostenlosen Parken im Parkdeck mit direktem Zugang zur Gondelbahn möglich ist. Wenn wir nicht selbst gekocht haben, konnten wir ein Lokal im Ort in ca. 10 Gehminuten erreichen. Ein weiteres Lokal ist nur ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt. In der Woche haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und freuen uns auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt in einem späteren Skiurlaub.

Sehr erholsamer Familienurlaub

Perfekte Ferienwohnung für einen ruhigen, erholsamen Urlaub. Die gut ausgestattete Wohnung liegt wie beschrieben etwas abgeschieden, dennoch ist man mit dem Auto oder auch mit dem etwa stündlich fahrenden Linienbus (Bushaltestelle quasi direkt vor der Tür) schnell in Mayrhofen, von wo aus wir alle uns interessierenden Ziele gut erreichen konnten. Besonders gefallen hat uns der freundliche, aber niemals aufdringliche Kontakt zur Vermieterin und ihrer Familie, der tolle Brötchenservice am Morgen, die stabile Internetverbindung und vor allem die Möglichkeit, das alles in Ruhe genießen zu können.

Alles super, gerne wieder

Die Unterkunft liegt idyllisch, ruhig und trotzdem ist im Tal alles in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, auffallend sauber und sehr geräumig. Einiges ist bereits erneuert und anderes eher schon älter, was aber auch auf den Bildern eindeutig zu erkennen ist und nicht für Überraschungen sorgt. In Anbetracht des fairen Preises ist das auch vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Internetverbindung ist mit im Schnitt über 25000, sehr schnell und immer stabil gewesen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin erfolgte coronabedingt leider nur per Telefon bzw. WA. Sie hat sich trotzdem regelmäßig gemeldet und war äußerst freundlich. Wir planen bereits nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen.

Mooi appartement in prachtige omgeving

We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen en rondgeleid. Het huis is stil gelegen en omgeven met bergen. Dit vonden wij prachtig! Vooral omdat alles bedekt was met sneeuw. Heel schoon en complete woning en ruim genoeg aan bad- en handdoeken. Het enige wat we misten was een bank om te relaxen. Beneden is er een fijne ruimte om de skischoenen te verwarmen. Ook de broodjesservice was perfect.

Alles Perfekt

Die Ferienwohnung ist super gepflegt und genau wie beschrieben - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang und die Kommunikation sind herzlich und unkompliziert. Der Brötchenservice ist prima. Es gibt genug Platz. Der kleine Bauernhof liegt etwas vor dem Ort, die Bushaltestelle ist genau vor dem Haus. Wir haben 2 sehr entspannte Wochen verbracht und kommen gerne wieder :o)

Wintersportweek verblijf februari 2020

Afgelopen week in dit zeer ruime appartement verbleven. Het overtrof onze verwachtingen. Er is onderin het huis een mooie ruimte om de skischoenen verwarmd op te slaan en eventueel ook de skies. De broodjes service is echt heel fijn, elke ochtend om 05:30 de bestelling voor de deur. Er is ook de mogelijkheid om verse melk en eieren te bestellen. Er zijn drie grote slaapkamers met wastafel, twee badkamers met douche en een apart toilet. Een woonkeuken, met ruim assortiment aan pannen, borden, bestek, etc. Er is een tafel met zitje om te eten, helaas geen bank om te zitten (relaxen). Alles was erg schoon en er was niks stuk of beschadigd, erg degelijk allemaal. Een ruime hal met schoenenrek en wij gebruikten noge een ander rek om onze skihelmen op neer te leggen. Het geheel is wel enigzins gedateerd qua kleurstelling. De auto kan voor de deur geparkeerd worden en je loopt via de skischoenen ruimte binnendoor naar het appartement. De familie Hörhager is vriendelijk en woont onder het appartement. De locatie van het appartement t.o.v. de skigebieden is prima, de Hintertuxer Gletscher, Kaltenbach (Hoch Fügen) en Zell am Ziller (richting Gerlos) binnen 30 min. aan te rijden, Mayrhofen en Finkenberg binnen een kwartier. Al deze skigebieden zijn vrij groot en is er voor een ieder genoeg te skiën. Wij troffen het qua drukte en pistekwaliteit, deze factoren kunnen voor een ander natuurlijk anders zijn in een andere periode. We houden deze locatie in onze gedachten mochten we nog een keer terugkomen in dit gebied.

Ruim en prettig appartement

Wanneer je geen waarde hecht aan een nieuwe, moderne inrichting, dan is dit een erg prettig verblijf. Het is erg ruim en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De douche is uitstekend en de bedden prima. Alle kamers hebben een toegang naar het balkon aan de voorzijde of die aan de achterzijde. Bij vlagen komt er wel redelijk veel verkeer langs wat erg goed hoorbaar is. Het is dus geen stille plek. Het contact met de fam was erg prettig. Goede tips gekregen voor mooie wandelingen en een fijne broodjesservice.
