Holiday Home 'Casa de Ensueño' by the Via Verde – Walkers’ and Cyclists’ Paradise

Our beautiful holiday home is perfect for 2 guests, featuring a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet with bidet function, washbasin, and electric heating.



The living room, decorated in Spanish style, offers a cozy sofa bed, air conditioning (cooling/heating), two fans, electric fireplace, dining area, and a smart TV with free Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, mini-oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, grill plate, pressure cooker, toaster, hand blender, Dolce Gusto (capsules), and a wide selection of crockery, pans, cutlery, and utensils. In the patio, you’ll find a washing machine and a seating area. Windows have security features and blackout shutters.



Outside, enjoy a spacious, landscaped garden with fruit and olive trees, colorful flowers, and garden furniture. The shared gardens behind the house are lush with tropical plants, creating an idyllic atmosphere. There’s also a private terrace, perfect for soaking up the winter sun.



The house is uniquely located on the edge of the urbanization, with direct access to the Via Verde de Mazarrón, a beautiful natural area ideal for walking and cycling. The trail features varied scenery and passes sights like the Sierra de las Moreras and the old Mazarrón mines.



Just 200 m away is a lovely communal pool (managed and accessed externally). Tennis courts and a Spanish restaurant with occasional live music evenings are nearby. At 150 m you’ll find a SPAR shop, hairdresser, and pétanque court. Beaches and shops are 4–8 km away. Two beach chairs and a parasol are provided.
