Good location and the price is good

We had a very good stay and the property owner is a vey nice person unfortunately he is not not in town However the cleaning lady is a very nasty person .She is not doing a good job cleaning the place and have a very bad attitude.She was the only thing we had as a hick up otherwise the place is nice and located in a very secure neighborhood.. I will stay there again without that problem cleaning lady

Piscine pas soigné.Un jacuzzi qui n a pas de pression.Résidence bien entretenue .Pas le bord de mer et c est dommage.Il faut prévoir une voiture car difficile avec ses vieux taxis.

Belle maison mais..

On a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueilli par Lamine. La maison est belle, bien dĂ©corĂ©e et bien situĂ©e dans un trĂšs belle rĂ©sidence de vacances. (Bien que nous prĂ©fĂ©rons ĂȘtre plus au milieu de la vie locale comme Ă  Saly Niakhniakhal). La piscine est bien sĂ»r trĂšs agrĂ©able, surtout la partie supĂ©rieur oĂč on peut s'asseoir et boire un coup par exemple. Mais!; Pas d'ombre Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la piscine donc difficile de faire usage des transats. Pas de salon extĂ©rieur (et il me semblait que sur les photos c'Ă©tait le cas car une de mes critĂšres de rĂ©servation), La terrasse est trĂšs Ă©touffante comme d'ailleur la maison Il y a que de la clim ( 2 fonctionnelles sur 4 pendant notre sĂ©jour, celle du salon HS) Ce qui a fait que la maison Ă©tait pour nous moins confortable qu'espĂ©rĂ©. Puis nous n'avons jamais payĂ© autant pour l'Ă©lĂ©ctricitĂ©. Pour comparaison quasiment 5 x le prix oĂč, on Ă©tait pour la mĂȘme durĂ©e, la semaine prĂ©cĂ©dente.

Des fleurs , du calme , piscine Ă  28° C personnel souriant et efficace quoi de mieux pour un sĂ©jour de rĂȘve. La maison est bien agencĂ©e ,propre et le quartier trĂšs calme bien qu'Ă  5 minutes de tous les commerces. Nous sommes prĂȘt Ă  recommencer l'annĂ©e prochaine .

mon amie et moi allons chaque annee 15 jours a saly; nous louions une autre maison a tropical parc depuis plusieurs annees; celle ci n etant plus donnee a bail cette annee, nous avons contacte Mr lammens, proprietaire de la maison 47 du lotissement. Accueil sympathique et tres regulier. Maison agreable avec belle petite piscine,jardin fleuri et abrite des voisins et passants;ouly,femme de menage, tres gentille et Lamine ,le taxi, ponctuel et efficace.Nous escomptons bien y retourner l annee prochaine.
