My suite had an unpleasant smell, the TV gave us a headache, we didn’t have a shower mat. The breakfast area is too small, the lady on charge would bring out small portions of food.

Long wait.

I had to wait an hour and a half to check in. Staff told me to wait in the dining area and then Staff forgot that I was waiting and gave rooms to guests who arrived after me. No updates were giving as to when a room would be available. I had to ask staff to remind them I was still here.

This was a great stay for an overnight trip. Everything was good in room but I do have to mention that the room is small especially the bathroom. The beds are comfy, tv is good size , loved free wi-fi but the room is very cramped itself and you hardly have room to walk without bumping into something. The continental breakfast was ok, the waffle makes should be adjusted because our waffles were raw in the middle.
