Mostly old and run down in room

Good: offered baked cookies, got us another iron ( but hesitated) and towels, common areas seemed nice, breakfast was good and beds were comfortable Bad: room was not clean , things rusted bad condition iron and alarm clock were broken and bathtub has been through it. Questionable stains on bathroom door and mirror was dirty dust under air conditioner

The girl at the front desk upon checking was unbelievably rude. Everyone else was superb, so I only docked them by 1 star. The entire staff should not be penalized for one really rank and rotten apple.

We were lucky to get a downstairs room and our car was parked just outside in the handicap section. The room was beautiful, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. breakfast was delicious. Suggestions: maybe a soap dish in the bathroom and a guide for the television.

Very disappointed to arrive at the property after a long drive to find a unkept hot tub that was not working. In the future I will pay an extra $50 to stay at a property that is known for keeping all facilities in good working order.

The minute we got there the room had chip empty bags juices pouches behind the nightstand, the remote control did nlt work. The shower tub water would not drain that made the room smell. It started to rain and the hallway roof had water and was falling apart. The pool was so dirty and could smell the clorox just by standing outside the pool area hot tub was all dirty and empty
