Step outside and discover an outdoor living space that rivals the interior. The covered patio is designed for year-round enjoyment and features a BBQ grill, fire-pit, outdoor sink, refrigerator, and ample seating for dining and relaxing. After a day exploring the Willamette Valley, unwind in the private hot tub while taking in the peaceful surroundings.



Accessibility and convenience were carefully considered in the home's design. Two bedrooms are located on the main level, making Jade Retreat an excellent choice for guests who prefer to minimize stair use. The generous living area and large dining table ensure everyone has space to gather comfortably.



Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, a dedicated workspace, and a cozy media room featuring a large flat-screen television and comfortable seating for the entire group. It's the perfect place to enjoy a movie night, catch up on your favorite streaming series, or simply relax after a day of exploring wine country.



Located just minutes from charming downtown McMinnville, you'll enjoy easy access to award-winning wineries, tasting rooms, restaurants, shopping, and everything that makes the Willamette Valley one of the Pacific Northwest's most beloved destinations.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.



DOG FRIENDLY UP TO 25LBS: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $200 (2 pets). Although we are pet-friendly, please note that your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **



Additional Information: There are various religious pieces throughout the home. The owners have graciously welcomed your stay; however, if you are uncomfortable with the few pictures and phrases, this home isn't the right fit for you. *There are two cameras on the property, one facing the driveway and one near the exterior front door*

A great weekend away!

We had 8 adult women, (Moms), who came together for a quick weekend away. We ran in the 1/2 marathon at the Tulip Festival and enjoyed wine and the hot tub afterwards. It was the perfect home for us!

Celebration time in Newberg

Close to highways for traveling

It was nice but be ready for all the levels and stairs . You need to put some mixing bowls and salad bowl in kitchen . Great stay

Stayed for three nights with six quilting friends. House was large, very clean, lots of sleeping space and room to spread out. The hot tub was spotless! Kitchen was well supplied. Communication was good. We look forward to staying again!

Extended family stay

We were in town for my sister’s memorial service. A sister, two nieces with their husbands & my husband & I stayed in this lovely home. It was wonderful. There a few suggestions that I relayed to the owners when we checked out. We would definitely stay here again if we need lodging in McMinnville.

Beautiful Spacious Home in McMinnville

There were seven of us gals meeting up to celebrate some birthdays and this home was perfect for our needs. Everything was very clean, well appointed kitchen, enough space/comfortable lounge chairs for each to relax and chat, beds were comfortable. Communication/response with itrip was quick and very helpful. Location of the home was great--close to downtown.

Amazing place

Our family (adults and significant others) does a weekend getaway together once a year and the Jade Retreat was our best location yet! The house was extremely spacious and we enjoyed having so many amenities - hot tub, covered outdoor kitchen with fire pit, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a media room for watching movies. The neighborhood was very peaceful, yet we weren’t far from McMinnville, Dundee and Newburg and the shops, restaurants and wineries there. We appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and were thrilled to discover some arrangements with local wineries for free tastings (shout out to Bellingar Estates - they were SO accommodating and wonderful!) We couldn’t have been happier with the Jade Retreat and would highly recommend it. We hope to be back one day!

It's a Mansion!

I loved this home! It was far more than we anticipated. Each room was perfectly appointed. The decorations were elegant but also livable. The bathrooms were all clean, well-equipped, and modern. The master bath was a surprise, with heated floors, a bidet, walk-in shower with built-in seats, and a bathroom fan timer. The great room downstairs and bonus room upstairs were perfect for family time and all the seating was very comfortable. The smoker and grill outside were unexpected perks. We didn't use the hot tub on this trip, but we will be sure to bring our bathing suits next time!

Family Dream Getaway

We were extremely pleased with our stay at the Jade Retreat. Definitely more than what we had expected, too! Kitchen had everything we needed, along with every other room in the house. Perfect for kids, and family. Peaceful neighborhood. Back porch was perfect, we didnt get to use hot tub as much as we had hoped to, but it was also 5 stars. The master bedroom even had a heated floor. Very spacious, accommodations were superb. We had drove from Oklahoma, and we were far away from home, we felt very comfortable, happy and safe while staying in the Jade Retreat home, where some of the best memories of our lifes for each and every one of us were made. Thank you so much! We are so very grateful! We hope to be back again for future Family Getaway! P.S. Decorated so very lovely, also! I love the taste.. and I wonder if the owner might be a Leo! 😃
