poor- go somewhere else

Rate was $170 due to supply/demand of college move in week. I assumed this was a hotel, it is not. For safety reasons I book hotels instead of motels so I know I have an interior entrance. I booked the room 3 months in advance and was given a room in the back of the building with an exterior entrance. I was told there were no options. The room smelled like bleach. If I had known, I would have gladly driven 20 minutes to another town.

The price for this property was very good compared to other hotels in the area. It is conveniently located off the highway and close to good restaurants. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had decent options.

Really nice bed, sheets, and pillows. Tidy. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because I felt a little unsafe as a woman traveling alone with a first floor external door, and because there was quite a bit of noise from overhead as if the insulation between floors was lacking.

Too loud for our pups

It was difficult to sleep with how loud it was. The hotel is close to a highway. I had a room wirh an external door due to us traveling with dogs. It is a great idea for people who have dogs that arent scared of noises. Trucks driving all hours of the night. The smoking area was right outside our door. They had to talk loudly each time they took a smoke break. If the A/C was as low as it could go, then the fan ran the entire time. That helped drown out the sound a little. Luckily, we took 2 vehicles so my wife could return home with our dogs. She missed out on our sons baseball tournament because we could not keep pur dogs there
