We've stayed in several hotwes near the haram and the Address has been the best. Clean, new rooms, excellent service and breakfast. Short walk to the haram. Good value. We'll be back, God Willing.

It’s the best place to stay in Makka, but that’s a pretty low bar. The check-in experience was not good - took a very long time and the staff was clearly stressed out. The room was fine but the soap containers were empty. Breakfast is a headache - long line for the egg station and very difficult to find seating. Overall I would stay here again but I just feel they can do better.

I had a four-day half-board booking, but on arrival the hotel claimed I was only booked for breakfast. Even after showing proof, I was left waiting 40 minutes and the manager refused to speak with me. The next day they admitted the mistake and added lunch and dinner, but the service was still disappointing. The hotel has two towers: Tower 1, where all international guests stay, and Tower 2, where only local Arab guests stay. The difference in service was shocking. Tower 1 was overcrowded with only two staff, no tissues or cutlery on tables, and slow service. In Tower 2, every table had a dedicated waiter and the service was far better. When I raised this with the manager, he acknowledged it but said “this is how it is.” For a five-star hotel, this unequal treatment is unacceptable. I would not return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really beautiful decor throughout the hotel, genuinely feel like youre in a luxury hotel. Its quite big and has 2 towers so if youre located in tower 1 it might feel long going from tower 2 to tower 1. Breakfast is available on the 1st floor of whichever tower youre in. Breakfast was lovely with a decent variety, you can even get karak chai from the coffee machine! The hotel conveniently has this beautiful walkway to get to the Haram with ease, it usually takes about 5 to 7 mins from the elevator to the Haram courtyard. The hotel also has a prayer room on the 36th floor called the Sky Musallah which happens to be a guiness world record for the highest suspended prayer room. Youll get a beautiful view of Majid Al Haram and the Kaaba but bare in mind it does get full quickly and its open from fajr until 9pm.

Its perfect hotel Reception.... excellent Room .....excellent spacious and clean Room services ... excellent Elevators .. more than enough The only disadvantage is ....the buffet spcialy for dinner i stayed 4 night they repeated the same menu same item for 3 consecutive night ....!!!! The desert section..... very good But the main courses ... not that delicious
