I had a wonderful stay at Address Jabal Omar. The staff were incredibly respectful and welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone I encountered was so polite and professional, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Even at the reception, the check-in process was smooth, efficient, and handled with great courtesy. The atmosphere is refined, clean, and elegant, a perfect combination for a comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

High expectations but low

Upon checking in service was very slow. The man at the desk did not even go through breakfast times or where to find the breakfast. He did not explain or show me the way around the hotel. My luggage took over 2hours to arrive to my room after 3 phone calls to the reception

I wanted to share my experience staying at your property during my recent trip to Mecca. My first stay with you in February of last year was truly exceptional—it was, without a doubt, the most comfortable hotel experience I’ve ever had. The beds were incredible, providing the best sleep I’ve had in my 29 years, and I was eager to return for that same level of comfort and quality. However, during my most recent stay, I noticed a few inconsistencies. The bed did not meet the same standard as before, and the service was noticeably slower. For example, I had to wait three hours for a dental kit from housekeeping, despite multiple follow-up calls. Each time, a different staff member assured me it would arrive promptly, but there was a significant delay. That said, apart from these issues, my stay was still pleasant. I’m unsure whether I’ll rebook in the future, as the exceptional standards from my first visit were not fully replicated this time. I hope this feedback is helpful as you continue to refine your guest experience.

Took me two hours to check in as there systems did not link with Expedia’s 30 minutes after they realised it’s there mistake did I get a room. The staff was courteous and they did upgrade me but then again when I booked a car to go the concierge forgot to book one. This was his only excuse. The lady at the guest relations was excellent and helpful beyond that everyone else was incompetent and the systems were flawed. Never again staying at address Makkah or any other address
