Clean room with tea coffee facility. Bathroom with soaps toothbrush slippers, towels etc. Plenty of working lifts to avoid delays. Respond to queries very quickly. Great shopping centre and good court. Breakfast quality is a bit of a let down.

Everything needs to be improved. My room was supposed to be partial haram view but there was another building right in front of the window so no view. Room services were subpar. Great thing is its closeness to Al haram.

The staff wasn't very comfortable with the English language. I called room service, requesting for my food to be warmed up. Instead, they brought me a new plate of food (and charged me for it) and told me that they don't have the facility to warm up patrons' food. Clean room but worn-out carpet. Overall good but the communication with the chef making omelette was the issue, he was in a hurry and even after asking to cook the omelette properly he gave us half cooked omelette.

The stay at Al Safwah was amazing right outside the haram lots of food places and shops for shopping. Overall great stay would come again. Breakfast was also really good.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to arrive on the originally scheduled date of my booking. I reached out to Hotels.com in an attempt to either cancel or reschedule my booking, but unfortunately, I did not receive a timely response. Additionally, it appears that no effort was made by Hotels.com to contact the hotel to update or modify my reservation accordingly. I kindly request your assistance in reviewing this matter and seeing if any resolution can be offered, given the situation. Thank you for your support. Never to book with hotel.com. They use agoda which is cheaper than rate their website and agoda give free cancellation. Hotels.com don’t
