Cleanliness of the rooms can be improved a lot as well as the cooked food flavours. It was very bland. Found a hair in the rice one morning and bought it to the staffs attention, they just took the plate without an apology. Not acceptable

The bathroom was not cleaned to a good standard, had to call housekeeping and instruct all the areas that needed cleaning, ie basin, area around the toilet had splatter marks etc Small table on the room had a glass top and very dirty, had to instruct the cleaner to left the glass and scrub.

Staff were excellent in all areas of the hotel. The locstion was fantastic and breakfast spread was decent. The cafe was exceptional with some lovely choices of cakes, sandwiches and coffee.

flights with luggage from amman to jeddah and i surprised when i came bake from jeddah to amman my booking without luggage i don’t how or i don’t know what and where the logic …!! in the i paid 350$ for air fly to bring my luggage back i don’t know what i said !! this cheating i think or fraud or laying i don’t know what i can do i will try my best to tell all my friends to give very bad reviews
